This place is solid. Don’t overlook the classic regular slice! Crispy on the outside crust, tasty tangy sauce and yummy cheese that doesn’t taste like it came out of a 55 gallon drum. Outer crust is bubbly and chewy on the inside so you actually want to eat it all. I’m also a big fan of the pepperoni square and the Grandma’s. If it’s late, be ready for a line (it’s that good). Super affordable, especially considering the product/quality.

Village Square Pizza serves a good slice when you need some carbs, sauce, and cheese. the regular cheese slice is a NYC-style: thin crust with some chew and crispness, layer of sauce, topped with a thin blanket of cheese. the sauce had flavor flavorful without being sweet or salty—just a subtle balance of both. the slice was served extra hot and it hit the spot. the interior looks new and is very clean—a few seats (no tables) inside and there is an outside shed in front. variety of slices and pies on display. service is friendly and quick. definitely a good option when you need a takeout slice or two or a minute to catch your breath and scarf some calories. nice casual slice option in the West Village.

The best pizza in New York City HANDS DOWN. I don’t care what anyone else says!! Must eat right out of the oven for the best experience or heated up at home. Pep and grandma are my go to’s. Love the staff here as well they’re always friendly

The sign inside says “Get Lost In The Sauce” and I most certainly did. Square style pizza is not typically my go-to but WOW this was good. I asked the staff what the best slice is and he told me Pepperoni and get the corner piece. This thing was loaded with roni’s and it was amazing. I ordered a side ranch too + a cold tall boy beer from a local brewery. Great spot and I can’t wait to go back

Found this place from Chelsea to West Village. Kids wanted pizza and this placed looked great. Good casual seating outside. Server had great customer service. We got a meat lover, pep, grandma, and cheese square. All was so good and served super quick.
