Went to dining room only to find out it was closed. Placed my order at drive thru and had to pull off to the side because they didn’t have my French fries ready after waiting about about 10 minutes in the drive thru lane. They brought the order out and delivered it to my wife only to find out they were missing one sandwich. We were not charged for it that goodness.

They used nuggets instead of tenders .. and my sandwich was short everything was on top of each other really smushed .. I ordered a lemonade and they had it in a bucket the lady on night shift was scooping the juice with a cup putting juice into other cups with no gloves I honestly wanted to leave but I’m too nice .. experience was trifling tho

My server had less personality than a baked potato. Since when should a server wear sunglasses inside at the register? Extremely unwelcoming experience with her tone and clearly hating her job. The food was good, but the celebrity wannabe should not be the face of your store. I’m glad she’s working but she needs emotional intelligence training or have her mop the floors because she is certainly not bringing people to your store with her attitude.

All workers are rude, lady with red hair walking away in the middle of a customers sentence when asked a question, huffing and puffing and rushing customers thru orders. Will not come back here again. I’d rather go to 44th where they do the job they chose with no attitude!

I visited this location recently and after getting to the window to pay for my items that total $10.70. I gave the young man a 50 dollar bill, 2 quarters, 1 dime and 2 nickels. It took him a while to give me my change and when he did, he gave me 39 dollars and 30 cents. I proceeded to tell him what I gave him and what my change should be. He started talking to the manager, who then came to the window to tell me that I had not given this young man 70 cents I had only given him 60 cents. I told her what I gave him again 2 quarters, a dime and 2 nickels which is 70 cents. She became argumentative and stated there was not a dime in the change I gave him. She was in the back so she did not know what I gave him. I could’ve even grabbed another dime and paid for it but the attitude and smart mouth from the manager prompted me to ask for my full refund. This location has had it’s share of issues and seems to get worse.
