Very good service she kept the drinks full and made sure everything was good the. Whole time. The food made it to our table hot and delicious, the place was clean bathrooms were cleaning everyone was very friendly. We did have water drip on us from the A/C duct, that’s my only complaint.

My son and I were looking for a good and fast place to eat on our way to Missouri. My son looked up best bbq in Tupelo, and man that statement was not a lie!! The servers were fast and nice. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very cute. We ordered corn nuggets for the appetizer… OH MY GOODNESS, SO GOOD!!! The food came out faster than thanos can snap (About 10 Minutes)!!!I got the BBQ chicken sandwich with fried green tomatoes. The chicken was heavenly tasty and good! When I normally order Fried Green Tomatoes, they aren’t the best, BUT NOT HERE!!! SO TASTY !!! My son ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fried okra. The meat was tender and tasty! The okra was deliciously amazing !!! But something he and I agree on is that the BBQ sauce was directly from heaven. It was so amazing and yummy we bought one of each bottle. The restaurant isn’t noticeable from the road being blocked by a building and other restaurants. But i am very thankful my son found this restaurant because it was a quality 5 star restaurant!!!

2nd time visit to Crossroads Ribshack and it just gets better and better! Loaded fries for our table today – both with pulled pork, one choosing crinkle fries and ordered as it’s listed on the menu with shredded cheese, and the other choosing spicy/seasoned fries and substituting nacho cheese instead of shredded. They were both amazing! My personal choice was the spicy fries & nacho cheese! The BBQ meat was as perfect – not greasy and with great flavor! Definitely recommend and definitely will be back!

This place used to be a favorite, now it’s just not good anymore. We ordered the fried cheese sticks as an appetizer and they arrived almost 30 minutes later and the middle was still cold. The ribs have a good flavor, but are dry. Dry as in no moisture. The brisket was also extremely dry and was more like beef bacon. The fries were soggy. The service was mediocre, but to be honest, since that has become the “norm” it is expected anywhere we go. Overall dissatisfied with the experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR GREAT RIBS!!!! Just passing thru Tupelo on our way from Amarillo Texas heading to Atlanta and we were searching for something to eat when my daughter called and told us to search via UBER EATS. And the Rest Is History. We found CROSSROADS RIB SHACK right down from everything near Best Buy…..and oh what a blessing! The food was EXCELLENT!!! The Ribs literally fell off the bones as we picked them up. The portion seemed too much to eat so when she brought it out we immediately asked for 2 to go boxes. But the food was so food that we didn’t have a need for boxes but we actually ordered the same meal to go. Hahaha. Onion rings were perfect. Cold slaw was great. Sauces Hot, Regular and Sweet…all great. I loved the sweet sauce but hubby loved the Ribs dry with their special rub on them. Overall.. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!

We LOVE Ribshack. It has the best BBQ and the fresh cut fries is delicious. The wings are great. The cakes are great. The Ribshack is a great place to eat BBQ. We will be back
