I love this place. Family who runs is so hard working. The old man (named Van, I just asked him for his name) is very nice. The lady is very attentive, and it looks like the grand daughter is working there too. Food is amazing. I order C1 but ask them to add veggies to it (broccoli and carrots) and change rice noodles in pho to egg noodles and it’s sooooo good. Yum! Chicken glazed rolls are delicious too. And don’t leave without getting a mango smoothie which can be with or without bubble tea balls in it. I feel like I can eat C1 with extra veggies and egg noodles every day! ☺️

The spring rolls were light and crisp with fresh veggies. The pho plate was plentiful and very filling. I will say staff should be a little more careful with allergies because my Gluten-free daughter got a fried egg roll with her plate of ribs (not safe).

I brought Pho previously, months ago. I ordered again today. I got cooked meat, raw meat, meatballs when I asked for Pho beef with eye round steak. I don’t eat pork. I never asked for meatballs and they never came with my food. It was so poorly put together. I had stuff in the soup I never saw in my life. The fresh spring rolls were not good. Poorly made. Shrimp wasn’t deveined. I ate their food at one point every other day. Whoever is in the kitchen now just putting things together. I am not familiar with the clear jelly thing that was in the soup. The recipe from before is what got me but I won’t order from here no time soon.

Enjoyed and will be back. Downside order XL the med Pho does not come with the fixings. If you have an egg allergy be sure to say no boiled egg. It was not posted on the menu and I had to ask for another bowl. The rolls were delish. My go to if I can’t get to Randolph
