The food is soooo good at Fazoli’s, seasoned very well. I ordered the Loaded Baked Spaghetti and it was delicious! If you’re craving Italian food I recommend Fazoli’s. It’s fresh, hot, and delicious!!!

Walked in and was told I can order carry out only. We were expecting to dine in. I said I am not eating in my car. I want to sit a a table and eat like a human being. Was told again we couldn’t eat in the empty dining room. I said we will eat elsewhere. The two females didn’t seem to care. One was holding an infant behind the counter. There is no reason we couldn’t have eaten in the dining room other than laziness and poor work ethics. I’ll never step foot back in that establishment again and will tell others as well. Does Fazolis corporate know about these policies?

In a land of restaurants filled with workers who seem to feel indifferent or sometimes not even care about providing people with what they paid for, Fazoli’s at 3587 Riverdale Road stands as a bastion for the consumer. This location has consistently provided quality food at great value with superb accuracy, even in the face of large, party sized orders (which is my usual as I am typically ordering with my coworkers and using the mobile app). The staff are also extremely friendly and they truly feel human. I have never had to wait for my food either, as I place my orders through their app as said.

The original concept of Fazoli’s was to be fast food that resembles the classic Italian restaurant feel as close as possible. You would order your food at the counter, collect your condiment and pour your drink, then go to your table and wait for them to bring it out to your table with a smile. Then, the staff would come around to your table occasionally to offer free breadsticks. This Fazolis has lost that concept for the time being. They claim dining will be back after renovations, or at least so they have been saying for three years. They allow people to come inside and order carryout. Please note some menu items such as Cesar Salad had a sticky note on them saying this item “Removed” in case you make an online order. I made my order and the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Cheesy, meaty goodness and chunks of strawberries in my Italian ice as you would expect at a Fazoli’s. When I got my meal, it started to rain so I asked if I could stay in the carry out area until the rain let up. The tables and chairs have been removed, but there were existing booths and chairs set aside for carry out customers. There was no other customers inside. He said he couldn’t allow me to stay. I hid out in the bathroom for a few minutes, but by the time I stepped out, it was in a full on downpour. The clerk said he checked with his manager and I have to leave, so I got soaked head to toe.

I called and they answered right away to answer my questions on family meals. Very great service and food was available on time. The family fresh tosses pasta dou is stated to feed 8 but it really only feeds 5 adults with no seconds. Their food is good but not great.

This is the best place ever if you’re a pasta lover. Better than Olive G in my opinion. The have so many options to choose from and your meals even come with a choice between salad or a slice of pizza. Love the bread sticks.They have great customer service everyone is so friendly when dining in and the drive through. I just wish they had a wider drive through.

Oh, where do I even begin? Let’s talk about the elephant in the room, this so-called “renovation” situation. The lobby has been closed for over three years, apparently undergoing a transformation that would make Michelangelo himself weep tears of joy. Well, surprise! No renovations have actually taken place, unless their idea of renovation is removing tables and art from the wall. Ah, the avant-garde minimalistic approach—how groundbreaking!

We were traveling and decided to stop at Fazoli’s outside of Memphis and we were surprised to see the inside not open to seating only drive through available. The food was good and outside of having to wait a lil’ bit for our order of bone in wings to cook, the service was good.
