Just ordered a large steak and cheese sub from Santoros sub and fries came 2 hours and 20 minutes later opened up my sub to find it was completely burnt and inedible and not to mention ice cold and ice cold fries needless to say I’ll never spend a dollar with this poor excuse of a sub shop

Great pizza most of the time. My mom orders here semi-often and sometimes the pizza is excellent, sometimes it’s ok. I think it depends on who is working. Either way, decent prices and authentic cooking. Place is old, but in a good way. They always seem pretty busy but I never have to wait too long to pick up.

If you are going to charge over 21 dollars for a wrap and small soda it should at least look good and be filled. It was two different wraps hardly any feta for my extra and when I called to make sure the price was right I was met with an attitude. I get prices are going up. 21 bucks for a wrap and soda? When I actually opened it up and called back because there wasnt much feta and it was two wraps rolled. The wrap was soggy and wet. Some of the steak was delicious. Many pieces I couldn’t eat because tough/fatty.

Ordered a meatball sub 2 weeks ago & it was amazing. Ordered a BLT this week and it was a pile of burnt bacon, 1 tomato slice and 1 piece of lettuce. Guess it depends on who’s working. 4 years ago I stopped ordering from them completely. I placed an order and never got it..When I called to see what happened, they said they never got an order. No sorry, no offer to make up for it…just rudeness. I’ll not be ordering from them again.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Santoro. No place is perfect! I don’t understand the negative reviews, they seem purposeful. Try this place for yourself before you believe everything you read. I love their Gyros and Steak & Cheese subs. You can’t go wrong!
