If you go here be careful. I tried to purchase two two liters with my order so instead of charging my card twice the man said just put 8.95 in the tip line for the sodas. Not thinking I put it there. When I got to the car 5 mins to close I looked up the 2 liters and they were 2.49. He ripped me off for a tip

This is certainly one of the rarest Pizza Hut locations that still makes pizza to perfection by the book. Everything is always consistently great about this specific location: top service, perfect pizza taste that’s more like gourmet style; perfect bread sticks, perfect wings, and very clean, pleasant and cozy pizza joint. I alway stop here with the family when we visit the nearby Massanutten resort. I highly recommend this place.

Tried to be decent and give this Pizza Hut another chance. Boy… What a mistake.. My fiance ordered 2 of their pizzas. She picked them up just before closing. She got home with the pizzas and we got a surprise. One pizza was way over cooked. The other had the crust on it all kinds of jacked up. Looks like somebody took a bite out of it and put it in the box. Now i know it was the end of their shift and they were ready to go home. But there is no way they should have allowed these pizzas to leave the store.

Used to be THE spot. Now you can’t even go in to sit and enjoy a meal without the staff yelling from the back of the kitchen that the dining room is closed. Maybe a sign on the door would suffice. Place has gone WAYYYY down hill over the past few years.

I regret giving this review. This Pizza Hut was the absolute best back in the day. Late 70’s and early 80’s. It has been up and down ever since. Never consistent! I ordered two one topping pizzas, a deal, and the cheese was almost non-existent. Consider raising your price and adding the cheese! Again. I regret leaving this review!!
