This review is solely based on the service I received. Visited this establishment on 8/27 around 5:30pm after it was recommended. I can honestly say I’ve never been anywhere and felt so uncomfortable. The bartender, think her name was Shay or something had the worst attitude and was not friendly at all. She barely said a word to us or made eye contact the entire time. We watched her make drink after drink without even asking us if we wanted anything. Once she was close enough to hear me, I shouted that I’d like to order. Had to flag her down again for food. She never once asked my friend, who was sitting right next to me, if they wanted to order. At that point, I just wanted to finish my food/drink and leave.

Absolutely incredible! I travel the Country so I eat at a lot of places! This is definitely going to be on my future trips. Service was to notch, Kelsey was truly amazing. She provided excellent service, she knew the menu well, made excellent recommendations that were perfect! Definitely try the Sweet Potato Fries without Cinnamon) absolutely the very best I’ve had cross country) Definitely a return place to go.

I felt I was at Chucky Cheese! People were loud and constant movement around our table. A caution wet floor sign in the middle of the floor I guess for a rip cuz it definitely wasn’t wet. Our waitress forgot about us. I asked another to get her. Still waiting. Seems to be a young adult hang out. Not a place you want to bring your wife for her 58th bday. I thought a crab place would be a little better. Had to pay at hostess stand cu

Sharing my experience which has nothing to do with the waitress but everything to do with the food and management. I ordered a seafood combo which included snow crab legs, shrimps and clams. After eating a leg from my cluster I noticed that the meat was over cooked (mushy.) I then tried a second leg and noticed that it was still mushy so I called over my waitress. The waitress then went to get who I assumed was the manager and she asked me what was wrong. I explained the crab legs are overcooked and showed her the meat. She then asked me where was the other leg (and pulled a crab shell out of the bucket sarcastically asking if that was it) and I told her yes that I ate it, (this is the only way to know that it’s overcooked, also it was the smaller leg) She then said that she can only replace the cluster minus the leg I ate and the one I’ve started to eat. Leaving me with 3 crab legs on a cluster, no consideration for the fact that they were overcooked. I felt like I was being treated like someone who was trying to rip them off when I didn’t ask for any money to be refunded, I just asked for properly cooked crabs. She indeed brought me back a cluster that was missing two legs. I will never visit this place again or recommend anyone else due to the poor customer service. I still gave the waitress a nice tip because she was really nice and accommodating.

The oysters were small and over sauced that was absolutely overpowering and they tasted like they came from frozen and not fresh. The fried shrimp were tiny, from frozen and not fresh along with too much batter. The fries looked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The decor was cheap and low rent and the music was not enjoyable.

The food at this restaurant is very seasoned . They have a happy hour from 3-7 where the appetizers and drinks are half priced. The serve the best crab Rangoon and wings that I ever tasted. I also ordered the low country boil A with the Top Crab seasoning. Everything was mouth watering. The alcoholic drinks are extremely strong so watch out you can get tipsy quickly. You can partake in writing a note on the wall or benches. The staff was attentive. If trying to go on a Friday night or Saturday plan on a very packed restaurant where you can enjoy you meal with some tunes.

I will start by saying that they are in no shape or form King Cajun. We wanted to try something different because we heard good things about the restaurant. I don’t know if we came too early, or it was just a bad day. The food was not up to par. First they had garlic which we did not ask for in our make your own low country boil. Not chopped garlic more like whole and half garlic cloves. Next the seafood felt very oily and slimy, so that was a turn off for me. The lobster was also not something I cared about eating as it was hard to chew. The only thing worth anything were the drinks and the server. Will not be returning and I will just stick to King Cajun.

Our server was amazing! She was consistent with top offs, check ins as well as her hospitality and service. The food and the atmosphere were both excellent. Definitely a great environment for a nice day with seafood!
