I give 3 stars only because I love their sandwiches. This place in particular is the second time I’ve gone there. Both times I’ve asked for NO tomatoes and I’ve gotten tomatoes both times. Also I asked for white bread and I believe this is Dutch crunch bread? Unfortunately I’ll just have to go back to the Scottsdale location even though it’s a further drive and the Mesa store is closed after I drove there tonight first before going to this location.

Really hit or miss, came 2 days in a row and ordered the exact same order. First time around was great and service was amazing. 2nd time around they were out of items and instead of letting us know at pickup, they just wrote “no….(whatever item)” but still charged us for the add on. 2/4 sandwiches were made incorrectly to the point we weren’t sure what they were. It’s great some days, but others not so much.

i definitely enjoyed my experience at ike’s. the menu has a lot of variety and different choices. plenty of vegetarian options too! the dirty sauce is delicious!!!! would recommend trying this place as your new go-to sandwich shop!

The sandwiches are good (that dutch crunch bread!) but I’m done coming here, as they are always ridiculously understaffed. They will literally have two people working on a Saturday, which means the whole store is full of people sitting around waiting for their orders. The employees do their best, but what can you do when management is too cheap to schedule enough staff?

Sadly this location has really gone downhill, mostly due to staffing. The middle of the day staff just don’t care and have horrible customer service. First they they ignored my family for a good several minutes when we’re ready to give our order. Second they took 20 minutes to make two sandwiches when they were completely dead. To top it off my omitted the key ingredients in a sandwich that “made” the sandwich what it was. They didn’t bother sharing they were out of the key ingredient and went ahead and gave us the sandwich anyways. When we went back to share this news they just said “yeah we’re out of that” and blankly stared at us. 1/5 stars for bad customer service and sloppy made sandwiches. 1 star added back because they can gave us a refund.

Great sandwiches. The Dutch bread is excellent as well as the Dirty Sauce. We had the Hollywould and the Menage a Trois, both excellent selections. The sandwiches were prepared in a timely manner, and customer service was great. I’m not sure what the complaints are about. Get double meat if you’re hungry.

Maybe we came on a bad day, I don’t know. We decided to eat in the restaurant and both our sandwiches were soggy like they had been sitting out for while. Neither of our sandwiches tasted very good and we got different kinds. The service wasn’t good either. It was our first time coming and the person who took our order rushed us. The atmosphere also reminds me of a children’s arcade, weird colors and looks dinged up.

Placed an order for 7 sandwiches for pickup at 12:20. I get here and the employee tells me it will be 5 min as they are making the sandwiches. Ok, little behind I get it. Employee then gives me a bag with 2 sandwiches and says thanks have a good day. I explain that I ordered 7 and now told to wait longer while they make the next 5. It’s now 12:47 as I write this review in my car while waiting for these sandwiches. This impacts the planned lunch I had for my staff. I told the employee that I have my employees lining a lunch break up with me getting this food and his response was “well I haven’t even had my lunch yet, we are busy”

The service at this location has really gone down hill. Today I ordered the same sandwich I’ve been ordering since they opened it came completely different and barely edible. The guys response at the register was “sorry bro I just use what they bring me on the truck”. Used to love this place, no longer recommend. Go to a different Ike’s location.
