Terrible experience. Person working drive thru was unpleasant and unhappy about something. Ask for salt and she handed me way more than needed as she was upset at the request. The fries were disgusting and looked like they had been sitting around for a while. Fries cold and inedible. Disappointed overall.

In all my years of eating fast food I have never had a meal made worse or customer service this awful. So… I ordered the fish sandwich meal from them. When I got home, the sandwich was so soggy it could not be picked up, the cheese was literally burnt to the fish fillet and was inedible, and the buns felt like they’d been dipped in water. It took me 13 minutes to get home from the Arby’s. When I took it back, initially I was relieved to see a general manager there. After showing Nate Burch(GM) the sandwich, he looked me dead in the face and told me, “yeah that’s how they get if you don’t eat them right away, you took too long to eat it.” He couldn’t have known I was a long haul truck driver and have eaten at dozens of Arby’s all over the United States and never had a sandwich in that condition before. But I wasn’t going to argue with him. He is an awful GM. Instead of apologizing and giving me my money back, he lectured me on how fast I should have eaten it and didn’t even want to give me back the money for the full meal, but just the price of the sandwich! Who put this man in charge of anything? His leadership is a direct reflection of his crew’s effort to put out decent food to the community. Completely absurd! Will not be back. To ANY Arby’s.

How do you make a sandwich with 3 ingredients and forget 1 of them? No cheese on any of the sliders. Arbys has really gone downhill the last few years with bad experience after bad experience. You used to be the place to go when you wanted better than regular fast food. Now the food is the same with a higher price tag. This is the last time I’ll eat there.

Nila was the worst employee I have ever dealt with. I ordered and she questioned rudely everything I ordered. She had a mono-toned voice and when told they didn’t have Dr Pepper, she asked if I wanted something else. She stared at me disgusted and I told her I wanted Coke as a substitute. She then left and didn’t return with the drinks which then another employee had to make the drinks and apologize for not having the drinks. She rudely handed me the bag and scoffed. Worst time for me. If you dislike customer service, quit the job.

I went through drive thru last week and the young lady was very rude. My fries tasted burnt and asked for more. I proceeded to go in and the manager(bigger guy) didn’t apologize or anything. He asked me if I wanted more or a refund in a snotty way. He was confrontational and not professional at all. I hope don’t anyone experience the customer service I did. I’m asking for the general manager to reach out to me. I would like to escalate this matter!
