I really like steak and shake their Patties are really thin because they are smashed but they’re still good. I usually get the double steakburger with cheese and the frisco melt is also really good. Steak and shake is also fairly cheap and they have a lot of good deals, my friend and I got a free milkshake for filling out a survey and the lady at the window was very nice about it. I like their Kit Kat shake too. The only downside I would say about Steak ‘n Shake is sometimes it takes really long to get your food especially in the drive through

Horrible service , waited in the drive through for 30 min employees looked at us and continued to talk amongst each other, place look a mess and you got staff in there with Jordan’s on no uniform one staff sat up from drinking a drink not helping at all. Do better

Stay away this place got my order it was wrong and i drove back ask why there only 4 cheese burgers with over 25$ . He said I didn’t ask for onions , or lettuce. We used to love this place, but they no longer have wait staff. They have been replaced with a kios that you walk in, enter your order, sit down, and wait to be called up to the counter to pick it up. Burger was good but the fries were cold. Sad to say, but no friendly greeting, just a cold atmosphere. Saw an older couple come in and struggle with the kios, and no staff attempted to help them. Sad to see it go this direction. At least we have 5 Guys

Don’t go to this steak n shake. They used to care about quality and atmosphere here. Last two times I’ve gone here its been ran by kids with no decent management. The food has been overly salty, and I’m not one to complain about salt. I’m not wasting my time here anymore.

Decided to give this place a second chance. Big mistake, this place is worse than Mcdonalds. It seems like the employees want nothing to do with the customers. Sad because this place used to be fun to go to. Now it is flat, boring, uninspired and the food is bad. A medium fry means you fill up the medium container, not just throw a couple of fries in a cup and call it a day.
