Lunch with my bestie…this little place is tucked in the Charleston auto repair mall next to Subway.

Lots of options. It was good but not wowed. Atmosphere can get an improvement. Soups were good just a little to high in sodium. They didn’t give us wet naps to wipe our hand after eating the crawfish and shrimp. The sauces that came with the crawfish and shrimp was good but not as flavorful like the other broiled seafood restaurants. Boba tea didn’t taste strong. More watery. Appetizers were good though. I would love try other items though.

It’s okay… ramen is still on the pricier side for off strip. We got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen. Monta is still cheaper and better. Taste was decent, portion size was good. The rice for the sushi and maki was terrible, too wet. The eel sauce was also awful. Service was good.

The ramen was delicious and prices were reasonable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even though it’s a bit small like others have said, the ambience it provides is really chill. It’s a massively underrated place!

I have eaten here several times and have been happy about the food. However today they served black tuna in the tuna rolls. I have posted a picture of the roll notice the black meat in the roll. The fact this was served shows the level of commitment to the public’s health. Do not order sushi!

Chicken karaage is a must. The beef brisket is very delicious (medium hot). The unagi bento is well presented. However, the taro coconut Boba was a disappointment.

This was our first time here. The service was good even with just one waitress. She really made sure to check on us even though it was busy. It’s a very small restaurant but was able to fit our party of 5. The ramen was bomb but the sushi wasn’t all that great. The ramen had different spice levels. Our waitress let us try the oh my God spice level and it was good but so spicy it over powers the taste of the ramen. Good thing we got to try it before ordering. I would definitely come back for the ramen and thai tea.

Great ramen and great prices. Nice bowls that are full of flavor! The fried rice was decent. Got the chicken fried rice but the chicken in it was a little drie. The inside is actually smaller than you think but it adds to it’s unique atmosphere. If you like anime you’ll like it here! They have pictures and figures from a lot of different animes.

Be careful about the reviews for this place, they are offering free food for reviews. The ramen was OK, but not memorable, doubt I’d go back or recommend. I had the deluxe ramen, which I thought the chicken was good, but the broth was kind of bland. My wife had the shoyu, it was a little too salty for my taste. The service was slow, but I think that was because there were only two people working. It took over an hour to get our ramen. It took so long that I ended up getting my sushi to go, but I ended up eating it at my table because it took a half an hour to get my bill. Also, there were no napkins or spoons at our table (the other tables had them).
