Ordered a simple Chicken Quesadilla and it came back looking like it’d been dipped in grease. Lady cooking the food was coughing and guess what… now i tested positive for Covid. Just nasty to think someone got you sick through coughing near your food

It’s mediocre at best they only have darker beer on tap. Everything else is bottle. The apps are lacking in the lane of typical. You can only order online when it comes to the menu. There were several people standing around not helping anyone at all. But it is close to the American Airlines Terminals. For someone who doesn’t like this type of beer I wouldn’t recommend since it is its primary items the older waitress was the only one bussing tables and other waitresses tables at that. She should be the one making the $$ her name is Mrs. Bobby you should def ask for her!!! She is super hard working!!! And it seems like they respect her by referencing her as Miss Bobby

The PGA should be embarassed to have their name on this establishment. Slow service, food is overpriced. Servers pay little attention to the tables. You can only order thru an app. Very confusing system.

I see some bad reviews, but this was not my experience. Waitress was very attentive and on top of drink service. Food arrived at an average restaurant pace. Drinks are a little high, but it’s an airport, didn’t expect anything different. Food was on ‘par’ hehe… With other restaurants. Had the BLTA and chips, everything tasted fresh. If I were stuck in JAX airport again, I’d be right here.

It’s an airport bar. Food wasn’t bad. When I was there, they had a fruit fly issue and sprayed some really potent bug spray that made the whole bar smell. The guy next to me kept coughing from it

Service is as expected in an airport. I think i saw 2 servers with a full establishment but, you can place orders online through your table QR menu and my server brought everything out in a pretty timely manner considering how packed the place was. Ordered the mahi sandwich and it was probably the best, juiciest, most flavorful piece of fish I’ve had in a while in Jacksonville.

I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years and was very impressed with Jamie Lyn. She went out of her way multiple times to get me what I needed. I only ordered to go and sandwich was good, but if I lived in Jacksonville I would have poached her for where I work. Epitomy of what a service industry worker should be. You’ll be lucky to keep her.

I’ve always appreciated the friendly bar service while waiting for delays. Today I had time for breakfast which was actually outstanding. The potatoes stole the show as they were fried to perfection and I don’t throw that word around. The bacon and sausage omelette was fire. They had tapatio hot sauce which is one of my favorites. Sourdough toast is a nice touch. They serve sawgrass splashes if you’re local you’ll know about that. Highly recommend.

Great food and excellent service – Thank You Bethany!! ++A comfortable setting. I was in line at one of the airport chains and browsed around to check other options, so glad that I did. My breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, potatoes were not greasy. I can’t wait to fly through JAX again to have another meal here =]
