Court House Grounds Menu – Danville, IN

Type : American restaurant

Location : Danville, IN

Messers Franklin and Jones opened Court House Grounds on Christmas Eve 1998. Over the years we have re-invented, updated, and over hauled our business many times, looking for the best ways to improve ourselves, our shop and to better serve our customers.

Our beautiful building on South Washington Street enhances any restaurant that it houses was built in 1882 by a Civil War veteran, James Beck. We are proud of the 22 years worth of stories that our business has contributed to Danville and to the Hendricks County community. We’ve come a long way since 1998, and we’d love to have you as a part of our story.

Love this quaint little place with so much more than coffee. The last time I stopped in I just grabbed a coffee but their food is good as well. Super friendly and you feel so welcome the moment you step in.

Had an amazing experience here today. When we arrived, we had no idea you had to do reservations for the afternoon high tea. They still were more than willing to serve it to us. This was what my sister wanted for her 30th birthday, Thank you. Also for anyone who is looking to go for this, they charged us $15 each for: a Pot of tea to share, coffee bar/self-serve, a cucumber finger sandwich, a chicken salad cresant, a scone, a brownie, and a strawberry each. Everything tasted so fresh, and I can’t wait to return.

It’s like something out of a magazine- the atmosphere, the service, THE FOOD! All are absolutely incredible. I had the Up Scale Bagel, Potatoes, and a Hot Vanilla Latte. First, I would pay double for the bagel, the toppings compliment each other so well. Also, the potato’s are not just potato’s, they’re crunchy and soft and have a great flavor. Last, I could drink 3 of those lattes a day. This place is incredible and I can’t wait to come back!

Had another wonderful lunch at CHG! That turkey bacon club is just my favorite! And my daughter loves the fruit cup because it doesn’t have cantaloupe
