Service could not have been worse. 3 servers hanging out at the end of the bar. Had to wave to them twice to get drink refills, and we were the only people sitting at the bar. Sliders were burnt and crunchy. Chips had an off taste. Bar area needed a good cleaning.

As I was in town for a business function we decided to eat at this venue 2 nights in a row. Our first night our waitress was spot on. Very attentive and the atmosphere was rather perky. The salmon was excellent! Now for the 2nd night….really didnt enjoy what I ordered. And our waitress was “not their” what I mean in a mindset kind of way. I would like to give some constructive criticism here as I also mentioned to the bartender before leaving. I think the owner of the hotel/restaurant needs to implement a “NO CELL PHONE WHILE WORKING” rule. Our waitress was on hers too much. Also if you have a uniform rule then our waitress should also follow that rule. She seems sweet but she just seemed sad.

Ok where do I start! cold wings and dry sliders. It closes too early also. The beer was cold so I’ll give it 2 stars. This place could be great it’s just Mis managed. There is nowhere else to go in the immediate vicinity so it should capitalize on that and make some improvements! It’s attached to the Best Western Premier. Drive somewhere else it will be worth the trip.

We had just checked in I wanted a veggie burger with fried but was told it was out. You offered me a veggie wrap what I got was veggies and fries. Kind of disappointed after a long ride. Also my husband had to go back for dressing for his salad

Look like a nice enough place when I walk in. Bar was unable to make mixed drinks and was out of the beer that I wanted. Ordered chicken Alfredo. Got chicken Alfredo soup. The Alfredo sauce was incredibly runny . Was served with plastic utensils. And to top it off neither the restaurant nor the hotel could make change for my bill. My server was incredibly but management has absolutely failed.

I’m in Richmond for a business trip, and honestly I had no idea where to eat. This bar was in the hotel next to mine so I decided why not. The burger was amazing, very tasty, and the fries were just how I like them (not to crunchy and very salty) highly recommended.
