Hollie is a very great manager, I came into the store and it was very busy. I had an issue she addressed it plus also handled the front line and outside or pretty much at the same time. She always kept a smile on her face. The staff seem to be in a happy working environment as well, which you don’t see that often. She definitely needs a raise for all that she does for Roy Rogers. Thanks again love really appreciated your service.

Terrible food for the 15 minute wait after ordering. $30 down the drain! The staff was incredibly rude, asked for ketchup and mayo along with a fixing cup. Only got mayo so we asked for the other 2. The girl huffed came out with just ketchup. So she had to go back in. Then came out with 1 out of 3 we asked for. We did order this and again after being asked to pull up to the front of the store our food will be out. Took 15 minutes!!! Not even fresh fried or toasted sourdough. Just Terrible!!! This is our second time at this location. Never again

I have never been to a Roy Rogers where there were so many problems. It makes me wonder who is managing this particular place. Food was great… service was terrible. We spent at least 30 minutes waiting for our food after going through the drive-thru.

Two weeks ago we went here for dinner and there were only 2 people working. The manager was making all the food and the associate was taking all the orders; front line and drive thru. More associates started coming in yet none of them seemed to know what they were doing. Orders were messed up, food was cold; it was a total train wreck. I was very disappointed since this was one of the few places left in Charles Town/Ranson that was decent.

Worst hamburgers I’ve been served in a long time. Both were dry, with a tepid temperature that couldn’t melt the cheese on the burger. I would question the term fresh used in conjunction with the bun and toppings. Tired and limp would be a more apt description. The best part of the experience was that the drive-thru employee was pleasant. Save your money or order the chicken.

This Roy Rogers location in Ranson was amazing yesterday when I stopped in for dinner. Roy Rogers is my FAVORITE Fast Food place, only problem the closest is over 20 minutes each way, which is probably saving me money, if it were in Spring Mills I would be there all the time 🙂

the front counter staff was rude to the point of almost experiencing a public display of aggression. It would not have taken another word for me to reach out to the smart aleck punk that waited on me, only my wife’s request to not have an incident stopped me from knocking the smug smirk off his face. I am much too old for this but I can not believe that you think of him as a representative of your business. While it has been our routine to come to Ranson on business then visit your restaurant for breakfast we will not be back. The food was mediocre at best and the entire staff is lacking. We will wait to go to Leesburg instead

Food is always very good and the people are always friendly. I like the fixin’s bar where you can add your own toppings to the hamburger. The bathrooms are always very clean and service is great.

Went thur the drive thru. And the young lady was amazing. Her name was Jenna. She did a traffic job. Verry well spoken and clear. She spoke to me and not at me. You guys are lucky to have her. On the other hand they pulled me forward and I sat there for 10 minutes. Since I sat that long I expected fresh food. All that was fresh was the fries. My 3 PC chicken was dry and wrong. I got a brest and 2 wings . When they told you a brest a thigh and a wing. I don’t understand why would you send out dry chicken at 5 pm. That should be fresh with the Dinner rush. I already call the store and the pieces before I realized it was dry. By then I was forget it. So I thu it out. Was not eatable.
