The food was great and drinks were tasty and fresh. I love the atmosphere. You feel welcomed and not a pain as soon as you come in the door. Chill music playing throughout the structure but not loud enough for you to notice immediately or if talking to a friend or on the phone to hear it. They also support a local photographer and photos on the walls are priced. Clean floors and bathrooms. Prices were reasonable and the owner and staff were very hospitable.

If I had to choose a local spot to grab a great Dirty Chai Latte I would easily run to Third and Perk! The very first time I stopped in the drink I ordered was so amazing I couldn’t wait until I could returned to Dayton to go again! There are many different types and styles of drinks and snacks. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. They offer a place that feels like a breathe of fresh air in the hustle of the city. The atmoshphere is what really makes this place a stand out coffee shop. If you get the chance stop by and have a drink, or two!
