Just picked up a pizza at this location. I will never go back there! First of all they sent this pizza out missing some of the crust. Called and talked to the manager. Instead of just giving me another pizza for next time… he wanted me to bring the pizza and box back because he needs it for inventory. Poor customer service and poor quality!! Should have never sent a pizza out looking like this!

Ordered delivery and my order was incomplete twice! Not reliable if you’re trying to feed your family fast. No one is reading the tickets and making sure drivers are leaving out with complete purchased items.

Too bad I can’t leave zero stars. Worst Little Caesars around. The person who serve me had the dirtiest apron on. Looked like it hasn’t been washed in a month. The floors were dirty. The whole place was filthy. The Pizza was made with everything just tossed in the middle. Stay away. Drive a little to a different store.

This place consistently gets it wrong. When I order a custom pizza my simple two toppings is consistently made with the wrong stuff. The Hot and Ready usually isn’t ready for anything but the trash. They take a really long time if you order compared to other stores like Rochester. It looks dirty in the lobby. They apparently don’t do refunds when they make your food wrong too. And I normally wouldn’t care but I will also point out their hand sanitizer in the lobby is 8 months expired at the time of this review.
