TO BE HONEST, I HAD ALWAYS THOUGHT NOPAL RESTAURANTS WERE BAD. BECAUSE I HAD A FEW BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST SO I STOPPED GOING. BUT NOW THAT AM IN THE MIDDLETOWN AREA I HAVE TRIED THIS NOPAL RESTAURANT FOR A FEW TIMES NOW, AND I HAVE TO SAY IT IS EXCEPTIONAL!! FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH, HOT, AND PREPARED AS ORDER. PORTIONS ARE GREAT FOR THE PRICING. PLACE IS CLEAN. SERVICE IS ALWAYS A PLUS FRIENDLY, AND RESPECTFUL. MOST OF THE SERVERS ARE BILINGUAL SO THAT’S ALWAYS A PLUS. ONLY REASON FOR A 4STAR IS BECAUSE I THINK RESTROOMS SHOULD BE UPGRADED SINCE THIS RESTAURANT IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLETOWN AREA. OTHER THEN THIS I LOVE THEIR FOOD!!

I think the service is always good here. They are very attentive and quick to get your drink and order. Ny biggest issue is the veggie quesadillas were soaked in liquid per the photo i submitted. It’s confusing. Not the best I’ve tasted. It’s clean though and I’m sure other items are good here.

Too many times my order has been wrong and service has been substandard. Today I ordered lunch no5 and queso dip. It took a long time to get drinks and instead of an order of queso they put it all over my burrito. When it was pointed out they never brought the queso dip. I even made my hands into the shape of a circle when I asked for it the second and third time. No refills on drinks or salsa were offered. And they charged me for adding queso to the dish that I didn’t ask for. Never brought the queso dip but didn’t charge me for it. It’s been quite awhile last visit to this location. Now I remember why. I won’t forget. Mediocre food. Horrible service. Don’t bother

Very clean. Fast friendly service BUT it was early AND no one was there but us so take that with a grain of salt. Our food came quickly although not correct which is odd… no one was there but us. Go figure.

Came to this location for a party. Only half the table had their orders taken while the other half kept waiting for over and hour to order.. Food came out incorrectly and the order was super simple ( tacos de asada and Monica platter). The quality of the food was also significantly less than other locations. No flavor in the meat or rice, and had to ask several times to get the tacos with the basic cilantro, lime and onion. Honestly won’t come back to this location.
