40 minute wait after ordering. 6 cars parked waiting for orders. Are you kidding me. Worst experience ever. Food was cold. Taco shells were soggy (and the wrong tacos) from sitting so long. Do not go here unless you enjoy suffering horrible service. All the cars you see in the picture are people waiting. Then they came out to give me my order, which they confirmed, and ended up giving me the wrong order. They just need to shut down. The reviews speak for themselves

Looked at the reviews, and usually, I just assume people overreact. Came hopeful left with a mess. We think we got most of our order besides our drinks, which were never given but also not charged, so whatever. We never got a receipt. The food was poorly wrapped, and the amount of juices was crazy. Seeping through the bag and onto my pants. The first bags bottom broke because of how wet it was. If you want your full order and a clean car, I sincerely recommend that you just find another taco bell.

Just awful. Went through the drive thru. Lady through speaker told us hold on. Never came back to take order. Pulled to window. Ordered 2 soft tacos. Was told to pull to door. 20 minutes past. Husband went in to get tacos and the lady yelled “just give me a minute” My husband said no and asked for our money back. The only other time I’ve been there it took forever and when we finally got home with our food, the order was wrong. Won’t go back.

Staff is very friendly. Not sure why they can’t get orders right. Usually don’t buy from the taco bell side because the meat tasted so horrible once I couldn’t even eat it. 9 times out of 10 they are out of something you order. Went back today to try a beefy 5 layer burrito and only got three ingredients. No wonder this place always has an empty parking lot. Wish we could give less stars.

It appears the whoever has the franchise to this establishment doesn’t care that just about everyone who goes there isn’t satisfied with pace and the food. I have tried a variety on the Taco Bell side and KFC side which is normally good. That can’t be said about the Taco Bell side. The soda machine is always out of half the selections for the Dine In patrons. The staff seems like there always po-ed about something. This reflects on the service and quality of the food. Taco Supreme should atheist be warm with some meat, not all lettice.

This taco bell/kfc can never keep any employees! We pulled up to wait, it was 103 outside and waited 30 minutes. I went inside to check my order, it went to an elderly lady. The angry couple that also went i waited 1 hour and asked for their money back. Manager took along time to come out to address ther problem while the employee(Mark), started a physical fight with the customers husband using profaity in front of a young boy while the elderly lady covered her ears and cried out”Its just not worth it”. That resteraunt on FM1488 in Magnolia, TX needs a new owner or a real manager cuz this seems to be the norm there now and that was unprofessional!

This place as made me swear to never go to a Tacobell or KFC ever again. I can handle the bad food, dirty area and a drink machine that never works but I draw the line at abusive management. Everytime I went here there’s this manager , I think his names Husan that just cusses and screams at this special needs employee. Mind you that employee is doing a great job. Even if he wasn’t it’s no excuse for the sheer abuse from management. These are the employees these companies not only hire but put in charge over others? I just can’t support that.

This has been the worst Taco Bell experience. Came inside to order my food. They put all food in one bag. Missing several items from my order. The tacos soggy and disgusting. The chicken power bowl was missing half the ingredients. The manager Victoria was no help. And other customers are in store complaining all about the same things. I asked for franchise owner information and she refused to give it to me. Me personally will never return to this location again. It is sad that on duty manager was no help. And the sewer floor drain are holding water. Workers are stepping in and around the water , Come on Taco Bell get it together
