Someone higher up needs to do something about Georgia. The way she treats her employees, in front of customers even, is completely unacceptable. She’s constantly slamming things down or throwing things as well; very childish. How she got promoted to GM is beyond me; general manager’s need to be POSITIVE leaders that RESPECT ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES. Love Jimmy John’s and I’ve also worked at a different location for 5 years. The workers always seem to have a bad attitude. (I understand people have their days, but it’s every time I go in there…) Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. Also, they never stay open as long as they should be. I passed by the other day to get a sub and they were closed at 6:30..The hours say 9. It sucks because I went there almost regularly but with the staff and the hours, I’ve stopped.

They don’t stay open until 9pm. Ever. When they run out of onions, instead of cutting more they tell people they are out. “They’re not cut up yet” is what i was told. 5 people working and no other customers in the store. I used to go here 3 or more times a week but they’ve repeatedly demonstrated they do NOT want my business. Well guess what, you won’t get it

Service was good and the food was fine but management seems to be a mess. Broken lights in the lobby. Product just sitting out wherever. The employees that were there were so busy going a thousand things that I can’t imagine is them ignoring the other issues. Hopefully it was just a one time incident and that I’m incorrect on my observations. I’ll be back for sure and will update with a new review at that time.

Good sandwiches, friendly employees. Only disappointment was feedback we heard from an employee when we mentioned that the hot water is continuously leaking in the women’s bathroom. Evidently it’s been that way for 2 months and nothing has been done about it. That reflects poorly on management with a lack of concern for use of public resources.
