Super fresh tasty sushi in a nice casual restaurant with an amazing friendly and helpful staff. We were unsure of the location at first but it proved to be a hidden gem at a fair price compared to the many super pricey sushi spots in Waikiki.

Small, hole-in-the-wall sushi place with amazing, fresh fish. We made a reservation on OpenTable a few days in advance but it wasn’t hard to reserve for a table of 2. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious…we got the agedashi tofu and shishito peppers to start along with a normal sushi platter and an additional roll. The appetizers were delicious and my husband was amazed by how fresh each nigiri piece on the sushi platter was. We enjoyed every bite and would definitely come again.

Found this awesome sushi spot hidden in the back of a hotel. The food was excellent!! My favorites being the fresh sashimi and the soft shell crab. Only item I didn’t like was their Gyoza, tasted like crunchy fried Gyoza from Costco. It is a bit pricey for the quantity you get, but it’s Waikiki, so I expected that.

The papaya dish and the butter fish was absolutely to die for. We have had a lot of fish from many places in the US and Europe, but never anything like this. Great service, happy to answer questions, would give more stars if possible.

Have walked by this place a few times, it is well hidden in a ‘50s retro-cool hotel (Breakers). Finally stuck my head in and made a reservation. So glad I did. Cute room, friendly unhurried service and a nice compact menu. We really enjoyed the hamachi carpaccio, the crab-avocado-whitefish ( killer dish), and the eggplant. Less so the Baked Scallop. The sushi was really the star here, all delicious, perfectly prepared and presented. Big thanks to the chefs and our excellent server. We will return for sure.

Went here for dinner. The black cod is amazing! Every single bite/flake has so much flavor. Eat it slowly so you can enjoy it longer.

The restaurant is within a Japanese style hotel complex. The garden like yard was very pleasant. Entry of the complex reminds me restaurants in the downtown center of Kyoto. Interior of the restaurant was simple, nothing impressive. A portable air conditioner on the floor was a little distasteful. Quality of food was generally good.
