Terrible service!!!! We waited 30 mins over the time we were quoted, just for them to say they meant to call us cause they ran out of the wings!! They never canceled our order so we got charged $46 for food we did not receive, which I have been trying to get refunded but can’t ever seem to talk to anyone & shockingly the store that took my money can’t refund it!!!! The manager I talked to didn’t even try to fix the problem just quickly gave me a number that she says was their corporate office!!! But can’t ever get thru to anyone

The food was good, but it is not worth an hour and twenty minute wait. I was quoted a 20 minute wait at the longest and ended up waiting at the restaurant for an additional hour. The workers in the back had zero sense of urgency. In the time I was there, they put out four orders. Four average sized orders in one hour. That kind of wait is unacceptable. Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Wings were underdone and the rolls were overdone. Wings were sauced in the wrong proportions, despite it being a 50/50 split. Almost didn’t order from here given their prices, but decided to take a risk on a new experience. Well, I guess it’s not gambling if you always win. Bad enough I had actual staff agree with the sentiment. Please avoid if possible.

UPDATE: after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes my boyfriend and I decided to go into the store to either get our original order or get a refund. We get there and the one employee that’s working just looks at us and says nothing at all. She appeared to be the only one working which I get is probably stressful but to not saying anything to customers as they walk in is unprofessional and just rude. We could visibly see her working on orders in the back with NO GLOVES on and touching her face then proceeding to touch the food. This is the second time in 2 weeks that we have had the wrong order and at this point we are never ordering from Wing Stop again. It is Impossible to get in contact with anyone at this location and in customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If I had my choice I would leave no star. This would be including corporate. I purchased 10 classic wings online for pickup on January 9th, 2023. On my way to the store to get them they called me and stated they were out of classic wings. They offered me boneless wings or a chicken sandwich I declined I just like classic wings. She stated no problem they would refund me in 3-4 business days. After a few trips to the store and writing my name and number down several times a manager never called. Finally got the manager on the 20th of January she did the same promised to call in an hour never did. I even called corporates “customer service” they pretty much did the same thing. I thought I’ll call a sister store who stated they shared the same district manager they did the same thing promised me the district manager would call me within the hour. No call and no apologies. And I still have not got my money back on my wings. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I just want my money back.

Workers were nice. However, the wings were WAY to over sauced. There was an inch of sauce in the bottom of the container. And the fries were still raw in the middle and VERY soggy. People were nice, but won’t be coming back. Food was disappointing.
