Terrible service and experience tonight. Sonic usually does really well as far as food, service at this location is ALWAYS super slow. But they give you a ton of coupons and like I said the foods pretty good. But tonight I WAS HANDED MY BAG OF FRIES AND CHICKEN soaking wet with the bottom falling out. I asked the lady what it was because it was so messy she said “oh it was the ice cream. I had to remake it.” WHATEVER THAT MEANS IN REGARDS TO MY BAG BEING SOAKED IN ICE CREAM WHILE BEING HANDED TO ME. then she hands me my two chocolate blizzards dripping down the sides and so full, it was almost like she put the lid on after and all the ice cream squished out the sides. At this point I’m covered in ice cream and she has the audacity to ask me if I needed her to run in to grab me napkins…lol. I’m annoyed at this point so I said ugh no. Then she finishes handing me my Dr Pepper and straw again soaked and tearing open covered in melted ice cream. Hahah then she finishes by handing me the giant melted sliding vanilla ice cream cone, for my 2 year old..WITH NO NAPKINS! HAHAHAH honestly ruined my night. But that’s just me being dramatic. LUCIA was the name on the ticket …if it matters.

i go to this sonic out of convince since it’s right by my house, but here lately i’ve been having constant issues. tonight i ordered, made it fairly simple. however. when my order came out, i had the wrong size drink and it was fixed. when i came home, my boyfriends order was completely wrong and so was mine. nobody even read off the order when i ordered or when it was brought out to me. i guess i’ll just either stop going to this location all together.

While I was making the order the guy kept asking me “ok is that all?” And while I ordered more he quickly said “ok that’ll be $15.09” and ended the order. But I wasn’t even done ordering. I still needed my drinks and one more order. I only had 2 people with me so it’s not like I was ordering everything off the menu. Horrible service. After that I just drove off….I hope they made it and threw it away…..and no I won’t take the time to “escalate” my reviews. Obviously there’s alot of bad reviews here so I would consider just getting new staff.

Ordered 3 large jumbo popcorn chicken. Only asked for BBQ. Staff was not competent enough to put 1 BBQ, ended up with 10 ranch and no bbq. Called and asked to deliver, (I can see sonic from front door). No help. Won’t visit again. Terrible service.

Normally this location has good days but the last few times where I’ve ordered through the app I’ve experienced long wait times. the last time I was there all I ordered was a drink and for some reason my order was bumped off the screen. It wasn’t until one of the carhops thought I was waiting for a different order until I explained to her what mine was. Total wait time was about 15 mintues for one drink and the drink was disappointing.
