I wish I could give them zero stars. After ordering a pizza and asking for extra cheese on it, they refused to put extra chews on it and put it back in the oven. Even though I had paid for it, it got to the point that I literally had to tell the woman just give me the extra cheese that I paid for and I’ll put it in the oven at my house since you don’t have the skill to do this here. The food is OK it’s not the greatest but the staff I swear the people that work at McDonald’s that can’t speak English do 10 times the job as these people so let me add a picture of what you get when you order extra cheese on your pizza. It’s currently in the oven at my house cooking because they did not have the knowledge, skill or common courtesy to do it themselves. Not to mention being quoted the wrong price when I ordered it over the phone. All of this was done in person with one of their employees.

Ordered the Deep dish pepperoni looking forward to trying it with high hopes and when I got it home and looked in the box seen this pile of inedible garbage. I don’t understand why someone would see this as a quality product to send out to customers. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the girl at the front counter had a good attitude and customer service.

This location is like many others, just a small waiting room, clean, easy to get to. No drive through here though. Staff were nice, fast, helpful. Pizza was really good. My only complaint is they don’t have enough ingredients for make your own pizzas. I know they aim for hot and ready pepperoni or cheese pizzas, but some other options would be nice. No chicken, bbq sauce, or much vegetable options.

You know what you are getting with Little Caesars. No, it’s not the best pizza you’ve had. Yes, it is fast and it is inexpensive. The only reason I’m bothering to leave a review is the people who work there are great. I know my order shouldn’t have been ready yet when I got there. Even still, the young man behind the counter made sure to check and give me status updates every few minutes (I didn’t ask him to, he just did). It’s not like there was much he could do to spread anything up. The pizza oven takes the same amount of time whether you’re in a hurry or not. The others working tonight were also working hard to keep up with the Friday night orders. It was a good crew, I hope the managers/owners appreciate them!
