Sandwiches are ok if you like Subway style. I don’t like the bread cut in two sections because the salad is falling and making mess. For the hot sandwiches, I personally would be more satisfied if the bread was grilled or toasted.

0/10, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The employees do NOT practice hand hygiene. During my visit, there were about 5-6 employees standing around with gloves on. I observed several employees: touching objects, wipe countertop with a dirty cloth, take orders, make sandwiches, and collect money using the SAME gloves. NONE of the employees changed their gloves or wash their hands. One employee went as far as using his apron to clean his dirty gloves he was wearing & then made my sandwich. And to make matters worse, when I brought it to his attention, he began laughing. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that another guy offered to change his gloves and make my sandwich. I regret not getting names of employees to report to the store manager. Witnessing all of this, has completely ruined my experience. I will NOT return to this establishment.

Although the sandwiches are good, my wife and I did not have a good experience at this location. We preordered two sandwiches that said would be ready in 10 minutes. It took at total of about 35 min and they still messed the order up (made a wrap, when we ordered a sandwhich). On top of that the staffed look very overwhelmed and no manager was really given direction to crew in the order of how things should go. They were also telling people they were out of bread…when bread was fully in view of everyone

the Jersey Mike’s location in Metairie, LA ROCKS!!!! Ty, along with the rest of the Mike’s crew, give outstanding customer service. The sandwiches are prepared with the customer’s happiness & satisfaction in mind. Zack has very good marketing skills when it comes to the Jersey Mike’s app. Because of him i now have a new app on my phone lol. I work in the hospitality industry, and to be served good food with a smile is always a WIN in my book! Thanks Ty, Zack, and the Metairie Mike’s Crew!!!

Wow! Where do I even begin? The place is so clean and new, the staff is so kind, hard at work, and always have a smile on their face! I am a vegetarian so it is hard to find food options at many places but not here! They have multiple options for those who do not eat meat. This is a great spot to come Fridays during Lent! Not only do they have vegetarian options, but also gluten free! The managers are doing a great job…keep up the good work!
