I live about 3-5 minutes from this location and every single time I come here, whether the order is an online order or from the drive through, it’s always perfect. And I’m kind of a finicky guy with the about of requests I add to my order. But they never let me down. Best Caribou Coffee location in the FM area.

GO TO THIS PLACE A++++++ honestly, I’m not a Caribou fan because I love blended almond milk drinks, but u always get deals, THE STAFF IS LITERALLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY PLACE! They see me and have my coffee exactly how I want it ready as soon as they see me. They always smile and have nice things to say, and just make me wanting to come back every time! They remember their customers and I can’t say this enough, I wouldn’t want to go to any other place because of their amazing service they give. And this says a lot since it’s a coffee place ❤️

We are a frequent guest at this store and often they know are similar order often as we arrive. We are a part of the rewards program and sometimes an upgrade or a free drink would be included. The Caffe mocha and the White chocolate mocha were excellent as usual, like a piece of heaven to get us going before we start the workday.

Pretty good but I’ve gone there many times where I stood at the counter while an employee who is on break just sits at the bar part ignoring me while the staff works the drive thru. All they have to do is say to their co-workers “hey you’ve got a customer”. I guess I don’t mind waiting but even if you are on break at least make an effort to get somebody to take my order

Employees are friendly enough but this location seems to be understaffed and whenever Caribou is offering a seasonal drink, this location is always out of ingredients to make it (i.e. pumpkin syrup, bubbles, etc.) and fail to cover the sign advertising the seasonal options that they cannot make. I have learned to just drive to a stand alone Caribou to ensure faster and more consistent service as well as a consistent stock of ingredients.

Usually love Caribou but my visit on Saturday was not good. Stopped at the Caribou in Hornbachers Sat Dec 14th to buy a coffee and a gift certificate for a gift. Got there about 2pm so no where close to closing time , walked to courter to place order. There were 3 or 4 people standing behind counter so I patiently waited for someone to help me only to be told they were closed til 245pm. What???!!! How do you just close in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday?? Needless to say that location will no longer be getting my business.

Caribou is decent coffee, but I only drink black coffee, so I have a hard time paying the price they ask for just coffee. It is a favorite of many in the area and I like it better than Starbucks.
