The air is STILL off, wait times are too long, pop machine is on the fritz always…plus the rice is hard and the taco shells remain stale. I asked for new tacos and was told the old shells are all they are planning on using. They just sit on a shelf all day long. Done with this location and maybe Bueno in general. I definitely should not have to stand at the counter 10 minutes after ordering waiting on someone to ask what I need. Boo.

I don’t like being negative but the prices were marked up compared to what was said online and food quantity is unbelievably small for what you pay, everything stays dirty, and my clean cup got grey lint-ish stuff inside from the water fountain just go to taco bell, Wayyy cheaper and actual food quality

Its colder in the restaurant than it is outside. Needs to be cleaned inside and the salsa bar is really in bad shape. Too bad we have to choose a star at all. I do not recommend this location at all.

I placed my order, the lady was decently polite, but didn’t say thank you; my oder came up, the guy just called out the order number, set the tray down & walked off. No “thank you”! Also, it’s hot af in here! No ac?? 1 more issue: the salsa & queso are so watered down, it’s insane! I could get better Queso from QT! Better queso from a gas station?? Now that’s bad!

If yall hire people who don’t speak english or very little English, you shouldn’t have them taking orders. Basic Customer Service is being able to communicate with people easily. Also, the workers here often don’t season the refried beans, so there’s absolutely zero flavor and is disgusting. And I don’t know how ” 2 bowls of beans” or ” 2 pintos and cheese” sounds Anything like ” 3 chips and queso” . Then I received attitude from the lady at the window and fixing it.

The staff was very friendly and accepting of mine and my friends disabilities. The food was prepared well, definitely with extra care, just like their signage explains about their work ethic. They have a big sign about the ethic of their founder and how they maintain that ever since. They have another outlining staff responsibilities throughout the day, shown publicly so that you know what to expect of them and therefore they have even more emphasis to make sure they’re meeting everybody’s proper expectations.
