Welcome to the Q & Brew, a family-friendly smokehouse & brewery located within the Silver Spur Resort in Canton, Texas. We offer quality food and excellent service in a casual environment where friends & family can relax and enjoy each other’s company. We are proud to be Canton’s first brewery! Our brewmaster keeps it fresh and different and we are confident our brewhouse will keep you coming back to sample new offerings or enjoy your favorites. The Smokehouse is where the Silver Spur Resort barbecue magic is made. From ribs and brisket to chicken and turkey, all of our meats are smoked to perfection right here at the Q & Brew. Great spot! Easy access off the hwy. My mom and I split the 2 meat entree and still had to take food home. Loved the skillet cornbread! The meat was moist and the okra crunchy without totally killing the veg inside, like some do. Will definitely stop again and would recommend it!

We had dinner here Saturday night during a Trade Day’s weekend. The staff were so nice, and attentive. We got seated within 20 min, and our orders came out within 15 minutes, or at least it seemed really fast.

We were really hungry after a full day at First Monday. This was the perfect place to have dinner! The waitstaff was great, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was fun. I got the grilled chicken with mac and cheese and fries, all was really good. The kettle chips were really good too. Great flavors!!!

Good BBQ sliced beef with decent smoke penetration. The sausage was very good. I had green beans and okra as my sides. The green beans had lots of bacon bits on it and a good garlic and butter flavor to boot. The okra was nice crisp and crunchy, not oily or greasy at all. Overall a good meal at a reasonable price. I also happen to love craft beer so I had a glass of their Belgian Quad and Belgian Triple, both were very good. My waitress was very friendly and attentive which made for an enjoyable experience.

We used to go a lot before the fire. It was a lot better then. After being seated it was about 10 minutes before it was noticed we didn’t even have drinks yet. On this visit we got a 3 meat plate to share because we like variety. For $20 there was not much meat at all. There were about 6 pieces of sausage, a very small portion of pulled pork and 3 slices of brisket. All the meats were cold. The onion rings and garlic mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. I ask for ketchup for the onion rings and never got it, but they were okay in bbq sauce. The last thing that was a disappointment was they don’t do the beans and cornbread any more, they were the best. We are hoping they were off their game because of First Monday, we may give them another try (Not during First Monday).

I really enjoyed my quick trip to Q & Brew! They were super busy so took a couple minutes to place an order, but once I did beer was out in 30 seconds and food in about 8 minutes. Beer was legit amazing – I had the peach ale and the hefeweizen. I really enjoyed the food, getting the brisket with fried okra and fries. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area. Thanks to Addison and Caleb for fantastic service!

Wonderful experience. The fried Mac and cheese balls were ridiculous. The brisket was tender and juicy. I don’t know how there BBQ sauce is because I didn’t need any. The beer flight is cheap with some tasty cream ale’s. Another important factor is the place wasn’t that busy so our food came out real quick. That means they were back there waiting for work.
