I frequent Crumps very often. Food is great service can be “iffy” at times. Last night I was disappointed. I ordered a 6p wing dinner and HAMburger meal. The young lady charged me twice 28.41! Once we got that part figured out. She gives me the food The Burger has Cheese on it which my husband cannot eat. They re made the burger but that’s 15 more minutes extra that the other food was getting cold. The young didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or even offer an apology. I won’t say that I wouldn’t come back because I do enjoy the food. But just better service and care from here out.

One day me and my husband came here by accident thinking that it was Crumpy’s. Since we were already there, we decided to go ahead and order. The sweet, young ladies at the front told us that we would be back and they were right! We get Crump’s every Friday night now! The wings are always amazing and fried to perfection! This is now my favorite wing spot.

Food wasn’t good. I asked for my wings to be fried hard and they wasn’t, I asked for extra seasoning on fries they did not put any seasoning at all on the fries. Money wasted on food that my brother and I couldn’t eat.

This place was really nice!! Seems to be family oriented and the atmosphere was super calm. The food was good and when I noticed an issue with my meal, he kindly apologized and made it right immediately. The catfish strips weren’t the best but it was my first try!!! Don’t think I will order those again but the rest was ON POINT!!! Sorry y’all no pics but you should get the point — great food — great location — kind people!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and it seems as though when certain employees are working, the food is not up to standards. The woman who takes orders and older man who cooks most of the week, was not present today and it showed in the quality of food. This is my second time ordering fried green tomatoes and they were thin on top of under cooked. I would love to have the same service with the entire staff. Please retrain or replace certain employees.
