Ordered the papa pairings with 2 pizzas. One BBQ with chicken and the other classic pepperoni. Both crusts that didn’t have toppings or sauce was so hard we couldn’t bite through it. A hand tossed crust shouldn’t be like that. The rest is edible but the crust must have been sitting out for a while. Do better wanamaker store. We don’t have these issues ordering from the washburn location.

They usually have an online offer for $8 for large one topping pick up, and I get it all the time. Half for one dinner, half for tomorrow. $8 for 2 meals of pepperoni pizza? Yes please. I always order spicy garlic sauce on the side and they have only forgotten it one time in over 7 years. Like sure its not a traditional brick oven pizza, but of all the mainstream chains, it is the best. I’ve never gotten delivery so I dont know how good that is. Dont forget to tip though because you know those employees aren’t getting paid enough.

Horrible!!! This is the 3rd time ordering from here and everytime it gets worse. The pizza was very soggy and cold. The chicken wings were very fatty and no chicken on them lol. It is definitely not worth what they charge. Way to expensive for the quality of food. She your money or make it yourself.

I called and asked the crew to please make sure that my pizza had light cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and they listened!! It’s not often I’m able to feel comfortable eating pizza, but I’m really appreciative that I can enjoy my dinner!

I decided to order Papa John’s last night after not eating here for about 3 years, and the pizza is ever worse. About 2 1/2″ of crust around the edge, heavy on the tomato paste, and light on the toppings. Our large pepperoni pizza only had 15 pieces on it, with very little cheese. The large hamburger pizza was about the same. Sorry, but we won’t be coming back.

Best in class customer service??? Lol not at this location. Trucker at the loves called for a delivery, told this location does not deliver there. Would you like to pick it up instead. Sure Papa John’s… when your parking lot is big enough to accommodate my 70 foot truck I will pick up my order. This is not best in class customer service.

My son loves papa Johns, I do not and Here’s what annoys me about this place, they get it to you in 30 minutes, okay that’s cool and all but your pizza is never done. The dough is still dooughey and it needs to have time to cook. My 3 pizzas cannot possibly be made and cooked in 23 minutes. I HATE ordering papa Johns for the this reason. I’d rather have a later delivery time for pizza that’s actually cooked right.

So I ordered online all good … I go to pick up the pizza I see it sitting there and no one has come to the counter to help so I wait and wait and wait and still no one then the driver shows up and asks if I’ve been helped I reply no I haven’t she responds my manager is in the back she will be out to help I say ok and continue to wait another 10 minutes and finally the manager comes out. She was not very personable at all .. bad experiences over all the quality of the food was poor this is my first bad experience with this business and I love me some papa John’s….
