Milo’s Cahaba Heights location provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. The staff here are always happy to help with a friendly smile, and work hard to make each customer feel welcome. Everyone in the state of Alabama knows it’s going to be good, because ya know, it’s Milo’s, but this location exceeds expectations every time. Drop what you’re doing, and give them a visit; God knows I do more than I should. Everybody, everybody, everybody, everybody, everybody goes to (& should go to this) Milo’s.

I was wary with all the negative reviews but we had zero issues! Went through the drive thru at 11:45am on a Monday and had our food within 2-3 min tops. Everything was correct and hot with plenty of fries. Milo’s has gone up in price over the years, and it was $18 for my toddler and I to have lunch (with only one of us getting a drink) which is pretty expensive, but the burgers are excellent, and fries are always delicious. it will be an occasional treat for us, but this location seemed great.

I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the discriminatory treatment I recently experienced at one of your franchise restaurants. Despite sharing the same logo, the atmosphere and service at this particular location were incredibly poor, in stark contrast to my previous experiences at other Milos hamburger restaurants.

Easy to access, staff are helpful, orders are correct & quick. 2 things to know about Milo’s Hamburgers: 1.Sweet tea. It’s the best. THE BEST. 2. The chicken!!! I’ve been going for years and just had a hamburger for the first time… it’s aight. But the chicken was so good I never ordered anything else. Do expect tenders, not wings, but still. They’ve also got a lot of dipping sauces, so give those a try. Not the lowest cal choice, but healthy ingredients for a quick bite.

Ordered a regular cheeseburger with no sauce because I don’t like the sauce, they screwed that up but I wasn’t about to sit back in that line that I just waited in for 20 MIns so I guess I’ll eat this gross cheeseburger. This Milo’s has screwed up our order so many times, check everything before u pull off! I also see no manager responds to these reviews to try to rectify the situation, I only go there because my husband likes the food but I’ll never be back to this location.
