I made an online order earlier tonight for my girlfriend and myself. We ordered two footlong subs (a subway club and a mexicali). When we arrived to pick up the subs, Katie was the only employee working. She forgot to put the order on the to-go rack and to include the receipt which had missing items marked because they were out of ingredients. This is fine and understandable. We purchased some drinks and chips and left. Upon getting home, we were extremely disappointed once we unwrapped our sandwiches. They were sloppily made, not cut in half, had poorly chopped veggies, and missing multiple ingredients which weren’t marked on the receipt. The subs came apart as soon as we unwrapped them and were difficult to eat. Honestly, these were the worst sandwiches we’ve ever had from anywhere. Katie mentioned before we left that it was a long day and she was tired, but the way these were thrown together is plain disrespectful. I’ve previously had decent experiences at this location, but this time was a complete disappointment. I’ll be contacting the store for a refund.

I was in there today & was pleasantly greeted by Jason (who was there by himself), waited in line for 5 minutes before realizing I didn’t pay for parking. Told him I’d be right back. Came back 5 minutes later & 2 people had arrived in front of me. Jason politely asked the person in front of me if I could get back in line. He swiftly made my sandwich & that of the man in front of me. And answered the phone while ringing us up. I have to say this store has a gem of an employee in Jason!! He was incredible, polite, calm & extremely efficient!! He deserves a raise!!! Way to go Jason!!

I am so upset about my experience today! I came in for a 6-inch sandwich and I was bothered by how the employees where acting. They were so rude to some of the customers. I could feel the tension of the employees towards one another. This is the second time I came here and it’s a complete mess and they are low on sandwich veggies. I had to ask for more sauce they would put so little and then after I ask again, with an attitude they would put an insane amount! Same with veggies, I’d ask for a little bit more onion because there was barely anything on my sandwich the first time I’d ask, they put so much! or if I asked for a little amount of something they’d go overboard. What bothered me the most today I’m standing in line, there where two Mexican gentlemen infrot of me. They clearly didn’t speak well in English and were a bit slower and I was so angry by how the subway employees made them repeat how to say olive, lettuce, tomato, onion…etc. That made me SO mad, why would you EVER do that? There were literally other people in line and they took there sweet time being so rude to those men teaching them how to say words. I’m sorry, but I worked at chipotle and would be on the line for hours, and consistently had Mexicans, Asians, Russians, and etc, who didnt speak English, but I never made them feel bad or be so rude! It’s so simple you can literally point to the meat, veggie or sauce, and look at the customer with a warm smile and say, “Yes, or no.” I’m SO bothered by everything. For a six inch I waited 20 minutes in line… not only that, but my sandwich was so messed up when I opened it, with a huge red onion piece. I took a picture so hopefully corporate can see, and work with this location, hopefully, someone will see this, talk with the manager… also, the manager was so rude too! I’m so irritated, horrible customer service. I’m so upset, and I’m sure it’s not gonna effect Subway because it’s a huge company but I’m not planning to come there again, I’d rather pay for my sandwich to be made elsewhere and not at Subway anymore. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Time and time again this subway continuously shuts down 15-20 minutes early. I understand closing down 5 minuets early but when the doors are locked at 9:40 and your business hours say “hours of operation 6am – 10pm.” I expect them to honor those hours. The workers always have a bad attitude, but it’s your job. So if you don’t like working here and working your hours, Then maybe you should find another job. Don’t try to get a sub after 9:30 because they will probably be closed. Make sense why more people enjoy Jimmy Johns over Subway these days.

We ordered 4 sandwiches at 6pm today, 6/2/22. Nobody else was in the store and there were no other online orders being prepared. When my friend went to grab the sandwiches, they were told by the employee (who works on thursdays) never to do this again as he didn’t want to make “that many sandwiches” and this was “stupid shit”. It was 4 sandwiches, which we get on Thursday’s for an event we have together. We always tip well, and we give plenty of time to make the sandwiches so the employees aren’t stressed because we understand there might be other orders. I understand if there is a really long line or it’s busy, but it was empty inside.This was rude and uncalled for and the swearing was ridiculous.

Employee was really nice, but really don’t like how owner only works one person to maximize profits, should be atleast 2 workers, one on register and one to build sandwiches, so my four stars go toward the worker not the business..

THANK YOU SAMANTHA!! I took a trip to the beach today with family and got food poisoning. My stomach hurt incredibly bad on the way home and we had to make an EMERGENCY pit stop at the nearest food chain with a restroom—which happens to be subway. Usually, people have to purchase something before using the restroom at most places because it is “for customer’s only”, but in a rush I promised that I would purchase something after and if I could please use their restroom and she said “of course!” I spent my time struggling for about an hour in there… but, needless to say—I’m grateful for Samantha the friendly and understanding subway staff member. Well done Subway! You got lucky.
