We had a pleasant time. My husband and I both got the lasagna and while the taste was great it was essentially a pound of ricotta cheese, some pasta topped with a 1/4lb of mozzarella. We couldnt eat 1/4 of it before feeling as though we were going to get sick from the dairy. The staff was very nice and offered us a new dish so we got something to share. My friend loved his dish and tiramisu! The restaurant was very clean and we will be back next time we pass through!

I do not appreciate being pushed out of a restaurant because they have multiple reservations. That is not my fault, and my party and I had reservations at a certain time and requested a booth and were asked to pretty much leave because they had multiple reservations. I’m very surprised at this organization because I have always received really good service there, but tonight was different. The food was good, but the manager coming up and rushing us out and telling us they had other reservations I did not appreciate. I doubt I will be going back. Cappuccinos you have lost our business.

I hate to write reviews but this was bad. I’ve given this place a couple chances and tried several things on the menu. I figured it’s been around forever, it’s got to have something but no. For the price it is not remotely mid-high end Italian. Honestly, you could probably follow a YouTube video and get a better result at home and certainly for a lot less $$$. I’m confident there are no Italians cooking that food. If your under 65 years old you’ll probably be disgusted walking in. It’s in desperate need of a remodel and the vibe is like stepping back into 1983 also the bar is super uncomfortable. Your better off at The Olive Garden down the street.

We enjoyed everything about our experience here. Our server, Ashely, was prompt, knowledgeable, and hospitable! Food was delicious and full of flavor. We also got the cannoli for dessert but demolished it before we remembered to take a picture haha. Great value, service, and taste… will definitely be back!

Me and my bride were celebrating our wedding. We did have a little bitty hiccup with our mail but the manager came out and took care of it personally. Even with the hiccup we still have a 5-star experience. Everything here was great. The mozzarella sticks, lasagna with meat sauce, prime rib, and steak were all fantastic. The mozzarella sticks in lasagna might have been the best that I’ve ever had. The staff was great and it had a very high-class laid-back atmosphere. There were people in suits and ties and I had camo basketball shorts and a t-shirt on and didn’t even feel out of place LOL it’s perfect for a nice classy quiet night out. Picture smooth jazz and a lounge Bar. Oh, and if you eat at cappuccinos you can order off of their menu as well as the Copper Cellar menu.
