Its nice to know Domino’s also takes place in the fish-and-hook technique. I called in for a pizza at 11 am, waited the 30 minute wait time before calling for my free points and was told rudely by the manager they no longer do it and there’s a hour wait time.

The salad was good. The problem is that I put the name of my office on the order. After waiting 30 minutes, the driver called to say that they did not deliver to the housing authority. I explained that I worked at the office. He later showed up with only half of the order. When I called the store, the person on the phone informed me that they did not deliver to the housing authority. They brought the remaining parts of my order. I think that they were rude. I sensed them being negative. I understand the location, but I feel violated. I try to make an earnest living. I was talked down to because the location of my professional job being in the housing authority. I am totally disappointed in the treatment that I received. They should have refunded me and canceled the order upon receiving it.

I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here… so glad I didn’t read them before I called them! I live in Lanett and go to church in Lagrange, so we decided to call to order pizza on our way home. The gentleman a swerved the phone promptly, told me all the specials, and was very courteous as he took our order. 15 minutes later, we pulled up to the store, and our pizza was hot, ready, and just as we ordered it. There were only two employees there, and they did have employment applications on the counter. This is the first time I have ordered from this location, but the pizza was very good, and I had no problems. I notice most of the bad reviews are 6 months to a year old, which was at the height of COVID, and we all know how difficult it was to get anyone to work during that time. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away, give them a chance. My experience was a good one!

Waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. Driver dropped the cheesy bread in the rain puddle on the porch and still handed it to me. Food was cold by the time it got here. Driver said he was sure if I called I’d get something for free. I don’t want free, I wanted the order right, on time, and not wet from being dropped in rain.Was hung up on when I called and explained about my dissatisfaction and asked for the corporate number. Called back and asked that the driver come pick everything up and refund my money. Domino’s just lost a loyal customer.

I ordered 1 pepperoni & Canadian bacon and 1 pepperoni & sausage pizza and I must say that it was the worst pizza that I ever had. It tasted so bad that I took one bite and threw it in the garbage, what a waste of money.

Like other reviewers’ experiences, we ordered online and waited until an hour after the tracker showed the order was in quality check only to be hung up on (picked up and slammed the back down) after 30 minutes. I called back for good measure and waited 10 more minutes on hold before the driver appeared in my driveway (2 hours after we ordered). I turned the pizza away which is a shame for the driver because if I’d had cash, I would have tipped him. We have also experienced them closing early and either turning away new orders or not answering the phone at all instead of staying open for the posted hours. We ordered from Papa Johns and will continue to do so into the future. This place would have been better off closing permanently and firing the useless staff and management instead of screwing paying customers.
