August 13th I went in and ordered a pizza. there were 2 gentlemen working. it was right around lunch time. Great service and the pizza came out great. Thank those guys very much for a good pizza. the last year the pizza has been really bad but I decided to give it one last shot. To the Domino’s manager in Moundsview whoever was working the morning shift August 13 are workers you need to keep and appreciate. They saved u a customer.

Worked with mounds view D’s. Had an order of 13 pizzas, i called in my order the afternoon before. They already had a huge number of school lunch orders for a big school district for the next day, they were able to fit my order in, I just adjusted my pick up time back 20 minutes. Helpful, friendly, efficient. I got my pizzas to their destination and they made it possible with their efforts and planning.

I called stating that I would like a remade sandwich or a refund for receiving a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with 5 pieces of chicken . The driver insisted that I was lying and that he made my sandwich personally and stated if I wanted to create an issue about the sandwich that I drive to dominos to show them the sandwich. The worst customer service ever, will never ever order here ever again

Absolutely the worst excuse for a Domino’s store. After calling 2 other stores in the immediate area and placing orders, only to get a call 30 minutes later telling me that my order was cancelled because apparently I need to order from a different store, I called this store. Took my order after I verified with them they the will deliver to my address. Told me that my order was placed, and that it would be 25-35 minutes. Confirmed my order, address, and phone number. After an hour, i call to find out where my pizza was. Was told by a very disrespectful person that they had no record of my order. Was told that I had no reason to be upset. Then went on to lecture me about how he didn’t deserve anyone calling and complaining.

Might be my last time going here. They keep getting my order wrong and it wasn’t that tasty. I stopped getting the hand-tossed crust because they put this greasy, salty garlic butter sauce on the crust after cooking it. It only soaks the box and your fingers while making it greasy and salty. That’s why I’ve been getting either the thin, deep dish, or Brooklyn style crusts. The last two times I got the Brooklyn crust it had that nasty garlic sauce on the crust.

Ordered on line for delivery. Waited over an hour and no delivery made. Per their tracker app, order was done 40.min after ordered. Called them to find out when it would be delivered & was told they only had 1 delivery driver working. Told them to cancel delivery & we would come pick it up. When we got there the person was extremely rude & had a bad attitude. Our order was sitting under heat lamps for over 40 minutes. Worker never apologized, or offered a discount, etc. Be also lief about having 1 delivery driver as we saw 2 different ones leaving while we were there.. we ended up canceling our entire order & left. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service!

My dad tried ordering 2 pizzas for my mom’s birthday. Must have spoke to a person from a call center. Was told that only delivery was available and had a hard time understanding my dad. The whole family overheard the conversation and was stunned. Had to pay all the extra delivery and added additional tip at the door. So it cost us, but pizzas were hot and delicious.
