I ordered a Packers ice cream cake ahead of time while I was at work for my brother’s birthday. When I got there I had to wait 15 minutes and was barely greeted. When the cake came out the logo was off center and happy birthday was smushed over it. Unacceptable quality in my opinion. If my brother wasn’t autistic and I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for a refund or discount. Was not too happy with the product and I won’t be ordering from this location again. Oak Creek on Howell had a beautiful cake done for me two years ago.

They lack customer service. I entered the restaurant to pick up my order, stood at the register waiting on the cashier for about 10 minutes and no lie all 4 workers on duty ignored me. There was no “Be right with you” “Hello” or any sort of acknowledgement. I simple smile and head nod would’ve sufficed I’m just saying. Rude just rude

Sometimes pretty good, sometimes pretty bad. Seems like when the guy is there, the items are delicious. When the lady is there, not so good. Not a great attitude from her as well. We go to Dairy Queen on weekends from time to time. This is the second time that we ordered chocolate malts that looked like vanilla shakes and taste like I don’t know what… not drinkable. My son and I threw them out when I got home. We will continue to go to Dairy Queen in Oak Creek and Racine however. We have had good luck and great food/deserts at those locations.

We came during a very busy time, The man who obviously In charge was very friendly and accommodating. We had a group of seven, He probably had ten cars in the drive through, It was a short wait but well worth it. Very well run operation.

Ordered a cake two days ago. Not ready at advertised pick up time. Staff had to write down what the cake was supposed to say from the email confirmation off my phone. 20 minutes late waiting on 4 words that were clearly written in a rush. Last time DQ gets my money.

I went through the drive through line and they kept my credit card. Handing me food first and telling me have a nice day. By the time I realized it I was already at another store with no credit card. When I came back for my card it has been passed around to different employees… I now have to cancel my card and go through processes with the bank. It’s extremely inconvenient

If it wasn’t for the drive through lady. This place, might actually be great again. He attitude and unwilling ness to help her customers, was severely lacking. She’s also acts this way with her door dashers. Good luck.

We ordered an ice cream cake online in advance for pickup. It took over an hour after we arrived after our pick up time for our cake to be ready. Once we received our cake and went home we noticed only half of the bottom border was complete. Then when we went to taste the cake it didn’t taste like any other Dairy Queen cake we had gotten it was almost as if they had let the cake de thaw and then refroze it. Very disappointing for my sisters 21st birthday.

Health and sanitary training NEEDS to happen at this store for every single employee! Went in today and ordered a Oreo Blizzard. The male employee making it drops ice cream on the counter. Proceeds to pick it up with his fingers and plops it on top of the blizzard he was going to give me. And to make matters worse he had a brown bandage on his finger. What made him think that was in any kind of way sanitary. Won’t return to this location.

The staff here have been very rude for every transaction I’ve had. Ordered a birthday cake in advance from them and upon pick up day they did not have it done. Worst Dairy Queen in the area. Worth it to just drive a little further to get better quality and service.
