4 Stars for Food Quality and 2 Stars for Service — they have Service Issues. ALWAYS SLOW lots of people back there behind the counter and always (ALWAYS) only 1 that seems to know what’s going on. First visit was 20 mins. to get food; 2nd visit was 25 mins. Both times only 3 to 4 people ahead of us in line. THEY NEED BEHIND THE COUNTER TRAINING — CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE ALMOST 1/2 AN HOUR TO WAIT FOR FOOD.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The horrible customer service from the manager Stephanie will forever make me never come back to this restaurant again in the plaza, Bonita mall, the “Manager”, Stephanie, did not go out of her way to make me happy. They do not advise me of the no refills on fountain drinks unless it’s a large drink policy, which they do not post anywhere nor verbally tell you when you purchase a regular sized fountain drink (like I should know their policy even though I’ve never eaten there before). Her answer was we haven’t done it in three years and that was that and walked away from me without another word. The food was mediocre but the service was terrible. No customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

I lived and worked by the Eastlake Panda Express, but I rather drive here to get my chinese food. The other panda express in eastlake has a worker that was very rude, I recommend all my friends and family not to go there. Beside, this panda express is clean, fast, and employees are curteous.

Food isn’t bad, but service is incredibly slow. I waited for 25 minutes after ordering ahead & witnesses multiple times as employees would open to see my food… over and over and over. Feel bad for the employees but they need either more help or to speed up.
