Family and I went to this margaritaville and it was amazing the staff and the environment was very clean. It being our first time going we didn’t know what to get or much about the drink menu. Our waiter Cliff was very informative and helped us decide what were getting he was also a great waiter had us laughing and feeling right at home. I had the coconut shrimp it was awesome and then my drink of choice was the watermelon margarita which tasted amazing I totally recommend this location. The cup you see you actually get to take home as a souvenir.

We dined here last week and it took me a few days to digest what happened. We were a group of seven and we were seated right away as the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Our waitress had an attitude from the start. She was short and snappy with us. When we were deciding on what to get, she just left because we took too long and came back after 10 minutes. Once we placed our orders, including 3 kids’ meals, we sat there for at least 40 minutes and waited, becoming increasingly agitated. When food was served, I mentioned that we don’t have any utensils. Our table was never set, even though 40 minutes is plenty of time to set it. The waitress threw the utensils and napkins in the middle of the table and left. The food was ok, but overpriced for what it was. I don’t remember being asked if we like the food and our glasses weren’t refilled. Overall, the service was so poor and the attitude so bad, that we collectively decided not to tip. However, the tip was automatically added to the check and we asked to adjust it. The waitress came back with the adjusted check, crumpled it, and threw it at us. That’s when we called the manager to complain. The manager was apologetic, the waitress was sent home for the night and we were offered complimentary drinks. All in all, since the level of service was at rock bottom, the kitchen slow, and the food and drinks underwhelming, I would not recommend eating here and wasting a perfectly nice night on this tourist trap.

We had a great meal and service! There is plenty of parking around the back. We had a reservation but arrived early and were seated quickly. Our server, Cliff, did a fantastic job suggesting drinks and food. Everything was delicious!! I definitely recommend a stop. The ribs were falling off the bone!!! There is plenty of seating and the drinks are top knotch!

My husband and I come here every year and loved it, so he wanted to come for his birthday. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our visit this year. We were seated in a timely manner and our server, Kyle, was very nice. The umbrella at our table fell on my husband, and another server rushed over to make sure we were okay and fixed it. Things like that happen, and I appreciated how kind she was about it. We ordered 2 drinks, Tropical Thunder and Cococabana, and they were very good. We ordered the Volcano nachos which were good, but they didn’t put any guacamole on it like it advertises. Our food was brought out right after the appetizer had been placed on the table. I wish they could’ve brought the appetizer out first, and gave us a little time to enjoy it before bringing the food out. I ordered the Jambalaya, and it was terrible. There was no flavor. It tasted like something you would get out of a can. I only took two bites out of it, and I was very disappointed. My husband got coconut shrimp, and he was it was okay but the fries were over cooked. Our meal ended up totaling $134 which included the 20% tip, but we left feeling very bummed because the food wasn’t worth the money especially for his birthday.

The service was excellent. Amazing staff and couldn’t really do much more. The food was atrocious. There was next to no flavor and it took quite a while to come out just to be a let down. I likely will not return to eat but the drinking atmosphere would be nice

Impressed with the food quality. Presentation was a little off bringing cold onion rings on a hot plate. The crunchy pickle on the plate was cooked and soggy by the time it got to the table. As for atmosphere. Well it comes close to Disney, sound is all echo, the same two videos playing over and over was very irritating as well as the volume competing with live music outside which should of been piped inside because he was great.
