I’m sure with how new this place is, it will take a while to work out all the kinks. But everything I experienced today says they won’t be here for long. The menu was confusing and incomplete. For instance, there were pictures of burgers, but no burgers listed. The server said you can order a burger and add bacon if you’d like.

Our waitress was super nice and seated us right away. The restaurant was clean and decorated well. We both ordered variations of the eggs Benedict. The presentation was great and looked very appetizing, but poached eggs were over cooked and the English muffins burnt. We had a side of “fresh” fruit, which our waitress recommended. The fruit was older, strawberries were wilted, blueberries were mushy. Our waitress did replace the fruit for hash browns, which were fine.

This is my first experience coming here. The waitstaff was friendly. Please add garlic parmesan as a wing flavor! The wings were great! I wish the fries were a thicker cut(I took off a star for the fries). The chocolate ganache cake was so delicious and rich. The only complaint I had is that I was charged $2 for my carry out order. I did not see this posted anywhere in the restaurant and I didn’t see it on the menu. I know to some people that would be a deal breaker to try this place.

Ate here to try this morning and was pleasantly surprised! I got the elevated egg sandwich and my boyfriend got the eggs Benedict, which were both very good. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Not to mention your food is brought out on a robot which is so cool. We will be back! 🙂

Bar service got a bad score for this one. I arrived early evening and decided to sit at the bar and eat. I ordered popcorn chicken and a beer. During my meal, I finished my drink and pushed it to the front edge of the bar so it was obvious to the bartender that it was empty (although an empty glass is pretty obvious). After 7 minutes, she walked over, grabbed my glass without saying a word and took it to the sink. She then proceeded to end her shift on the cash register. I never even finished my meal because I had nothing to drink. I didn’t say anything because at this point, I was just over it. There were a total of 6 people at the bar at that time so I would say she was less than overwhelmed. Sad thing is, no other employee that came behind the bar even bothered to let her know I didn’t have a drink or ask if I needed anything. May have just been one of those kind of days for her but it shouldn’t happen, especially since so many others were walking around as well. This is a customer service industry and I like to think I’m a good customer. I still tipped her as a matter of fact. There were no other issues that would have caused this to happen except for incompetence or lack of caring.
