Swung by this spot just to give it a try and I was PLEASANTLY Surprised! I’m from Miami and I love Authentic Caribbean/Jamaican cuisine and Jerk 360 DID NOT disappoint! Had the Curry Goat, cabbage, and mac and cheese and it was GREAT! I will Definitely be back again!

The Curry Goat is very delicious. It had a lot of flavor and was seasoned very well. I’ve had Curry Goat from several other restaurants in Jacksonville, but this experience is the best so far.

It’s close to home. It’s hard to find a Jamaican restaurant that’s actually authentic in Jacksonville. I’ve only known 2 and this is the second one. Great food and pleasant customer service.

I decided to check this spot and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas. Presentation was colorful and the oxtail gravy has a hint of sweetness. Definitely will be returning.

I don’t really care for jerk style food, but the food I ordered was very good. The jerk chicken had a good smokey flavor not spicy but seasoned well and the rice and peas had a unique flavor savory with a hint of sweetness. Didn’t have to add any other seasonings. Very impressed with the food.

First, majority of us has gotten immune to bad customer service at most Caribbean/black owned restaurants because the food normally override the bad customer service… at most 5 star restaurants the customer service is superior but the food sucks sooo… BUT the customer service here was impeccable… and what made it better the attendant was young.. (younger generation is built different these days so one that has great customer service is a PLUS!!!) She was polite and VERY professional… Now the food, the jerk was JERK … like from the grill!!! It was grilled to perfection and seasoned well (not over seasoned high BP style) the Rice and peas … LOVED it… rice wasn’t too friendly (i hate rice that’s stuck together) AND you could taste the coconut slightly which was perfect and the cabbage was cooked just right ( not mushy)… I can’t wait to try the steamed fish. My new Caribbean spot… hopefully they don’t close because unfortunately the location has been through a lot of different businesses.

I’m very big on customer service, consistency & quality and this place reigns with excellence in all 3 categories!!! I was introduced to this place a few weeks ago. I had the Jerk chicken, rice & peas, cabbage and plantain. It was absolutely delicious! Tonight I decided to try them again and I got the same exact meal, not only was it good, but it was even better than the first time (So at this point, me & the Jerk Chicken go together REAL BAD!) I knew I needed something to wash it down so I decided to add the pineapple lemonade and “Lawd A Mercy” it was on point!!! (It almost felt like I was cheating on the Jerk Chicken) The young lady at the window was patient and very friendly as she explained my menu choices and as a courtesy she gave me a sample of Strawberry Lemonade as well (I gave in… It is now my sneaky link ). I was extremely satisfied with the food and the service! I recommend this place to anyone craving AUTHENTIC Caribbean food! This is my new fav Caribbean restaurant (I’m ready to go steady) … Sorry I ate the food before I could take a pic

I went once before and the food was great today everything was off the rice was hard the chicken didn’t even taste like jerk at all no spice nothing and the cabbage tasted like it was cooked with a rock and mixed with a stick I will never spend another $ here hands down worst Caribbean / Jamaican food experience by far
