I am Californian that now lives in the midwest, i was looking for that authentic californian style breakfast burrito that I crave so often. If you only have taco johns where you live, youd understand. I ordered a chorizo burrito that was just out of this world. I changed my mind about the to-go order and wanted to eat it in house. They were so kind, i felt like i was at my own grand parents house, as if i had lai to grand parents. They offered me a plate and cut my burrito. They put chips and salsa down on the table. This is the spot to go to if you are around the area and want a authentic burrito with a family feel.

Carne asada burrito was str8 up bootlegged trash. Ground beef for Carne asada? Check. Soggy as hell? Check. Pico not fresh? Check. Stay away.

Go to Taco Bell instead! They just microwave the meat in plastic wrap and assemble a burrito, no cooking. I took a bite and thought maybe this would be possible if I drown it in salsa, only problem is their salsa tastes like cat food. Took 2 bites and threw it away. Save your money and time.

Came here for the first time yesterday. We just moved here from Georgia so trying all the local spots. My husband got the taco salad and I got an Al pastor burrito. The Al pastor was over cooked and most was burnt and I could hardly eat it. I took all the meat out. My husband’s taco salad was decent but it too had some burn chorizo, not as burnt as my Al pastor was. Would never come here again.

I had the super burrito with carne asada & made it a “wet burrito”. Also a pork tamale on the side.

The Fries are terrible!! The carna asada fries and California burrito were all under cooked with no flavors. I wasted about $30. I will never go back.

Need to start putting seasoning on the meat when you cook it , all I tasted was dirty grease .

I’ve been here twice now, and both times I’ve gotten a Cardne Asada burrito and had them grill the burrito to make it crispy on the outside. It was amazing both times. I went in the afternoon on a weekday. From those who have had bad experiences it might depend on who the chef is at the time you went? Both times I went it was the same guy, burrito was seasoned perfectly, and it was delicious, the meat wasn’t dry or overcooked. Perfect

Friendly staff, clean place, GREAT burrito! I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and it’s a big ol wrap and it’s delicious! The red sauce is good but the green is where it’s at.
