Ordered at 10:50 am and still by 2:00pm no food. Called twice to find out where it was the person on the phone said..they were busy “5 more minutes” another hour went by..called again “5-7 more minutes”. When I called to talk to a manager, he said that no order was ever placed. I ordered it at my desk with people all around that heard me. I re-ordered what I got and asked for some sort of discount. He said NO. Nice customer service. I’m telling everyone that I work with NOT to order from them again.

Ordered on Doordash. Called after not receiving my food after 45 minutes they said they would check the status and get back to me. Was on hold for 20 minutes. I tried ending the call and calling back and no one would answer. Then on Doordarsh it said the order was complete and still never got any food. I can’t even get a refund since no one is answering the phones. Terrible place, never ordering again.

We ordered online so we wouldn’t have to wait at the restaurant. They didn’t have our order ready we waited for over 10min anyways. They literally slapped the guacamole all over the outside of the sandwich, and it was very messy.

This palce is going down hill quickly…. lately the app doesn’t let me pay and I don’t order all together… Today I picked cash so it let me order but I have been waiting OVER an hour… for a sandwich… other days it tells me there is no driver or delivers are extended. Don’t waste your time…

Me and my coworkers usually order from here multiple times throughout the week however, today I had the worst experience and will not be ordering from here again. I placed an order that said it would be delivered at 11:30 with specific delivery instructions so the driver did not get confused. Around 11 I get a call that blt couldn’t be made due to them being out of bacon so I changed my order and allowed more time for the order to be delivered. I got a notification that the order was complete a couple minutes later. However, I still did not have my order. So I gave them a call and they said that the delivery turns to complete after they assign a driver but assured me my order was on its way. About an hour passed and I gave them another call regarding the whereabouts of my order. The employee stated that the delivery guy left at 11:31 and she had no clue what was taking him so long but said he was a very “slow” driver at this time it is 12:46. I said no problem I just wanted to make sure it is actually on its way and again the women assured me that I would be receiving my order. 1:26 came still no signs of my order so I gave them another phone call this time the women tells me the driver dropped it off however, he did not. my place of employment has multiple of doors but they are clearly labeled and I gave specific instructions and the specific door is labeled in the address but I went around to the other door he could’ve possible went to and it was not there and they said no one had came by with any food. The women then says you can speak yo my GM so I spoke to this women and she states “ my delivery driver said he delivered it to the exact location and I am going to take his word for it, you’re sandwich has been delivered and you have your order” I was completely taken back with this statement since I am the customer who still never received my order that I had been waiting for since 11:30. The GM of this handled this situation very unprofessionally with no customer service and no regards for the customer who never received their meal after hours of waiting for it. I went a whole shift waiting on my food to be delivered. I did not care how long the food took I just want to have lunch. As a manager I would’ve apologized and sent a replacement order since it their fault. But I didn’t not even receive as little as an apology from this GM despite how accommodating I was being for their mistakes.

This used to be great and our go to location. In the past month or so their deliveries have been very inconsistent taking 45 minutes to 1 hour for 1 sandwich combo. Today it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to receive the order that we placed at 12:00pm It was 3 sandwiches, 3 chips, and 2 drinks- so not an especially large order.

Come try the New Limited Time sandwich All-american Beefy Crunch.. if you love rare roast beef, crunchy onion strings and thousand island dressing on the fresh baked french bread this is the sandwich for you! Call for a delivery/pick up, or stop in and order one before the time is up. AND if that sandwich is not for you, try one of the other 18 sandwiches we have to offer. Something for everyone.
