Ok. Burger Den is Denny’s. We read the reviews while we waited it to be delivered. On arrival the fries were crispy and really good but cold no problem we can reheat. We took a bite of the burger and it was so bad! The burger tastes like Dollar store really cheap unseasoned meat. It was bad! Couldn’t eat. Don’t order Denny’s/ Burger Den. Also Denny’s if you want to have a new name just for your burgers ….makes sure they are good. Caz that is horrible! Reviews had it right. Next time No No No!

I’m a little surprised to see the other reviews. This was our first time ordering. We used Doordash and ordered several things since we weren’t sure what we would like. The food was great. The burger with the bourbon sauce was runny but we just took the burger out of the box and put it on a plate. The Wake and Bacon was great. We even tried one of the chicken sandwiches and it was very flavorful. Our sides of fries were a decent size and the cheesecake was awesome. I will be ordering again. Thank You

I have no idea why other people complained. I guess it’s the old saying “can’t make everyone happy”. This place is AWESOME! I always make our burgers on the grill here at the house along with steaks and everything else but the wife and I didn’t feel like cooking and the dish duty that follows so originally we were going to get sushi and then Burger Den popped up. I’m so glad we ordered from them through door dash. My wife placed an order for 6 people including twin 4 year olds. I don’t usually leave reviews but after eating from this place I just had to comment. Let me say the lettuce, red onions, jalapenos, pickles, brioche buns and hamburger meat along with all the seasonings and fries and everything else were superb and FRESH. Food was amazing. I had the bourbon burger fully loaded with jalapenos and yes the sauce was a slight bit runny but tasted awesome. The breakfast burger with fried egg and fully loaded was by far my wife’s favorite and the grilled chicken sandwich with jalapenos and avocado was so fresh and delicious. They supplied tons of napkins, ketchup and utensil packs that included forks knives and spoons. Will ABSOLUTELY order from Burger Den again!!!!!

I’m new to the whole “Burger Den” not knowing it is a part of Dennys?? Anyway, i placed an order on break and I asked for the order to be delivered after 6 at my job. I thought that maybe they would make it around that time and I would have hot food. Nope. Cold. All cold. I microwaved it, no biggie I guess. The meat was terrible. Mozzarella sticks on top were obviously terrible too because it was super cold. Couldn’t even eat half. Just not good at all. Won’t make that mistake twice.

Got a few burgers from this establishment and when I got them all the fries were cold and one didn’t have the sauce on it that it was supposed to. So we called and the lady said there was an “angry customer on the phone” which made me even more upset. Then the “manager” did nothing to help me. Then tried lying and said our Uber delivery driver texted us and they did not. They said he and it was a women. I will never eat here again. Worst service I have ever experienced!

Not impressed. Ordered from door dash. Was surprised to see it was actually Dennys. So that set the expectation lower. Which I should have put it at the lowest. Items were missing from the order and the buns on the burgers were so soggy and greasy they were not that good at all. Not ordering from there again. Luckily I got some of my money back from door dash.

I sure wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I ordered from Uber Eats. The burgers were not the ones we ordered at all, and the onion rings and fries were so gross they weren’t salvageable. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered delivery, excellent service. Burger sandwich, and chicken sandwich outstanding flavor, charcoal flavor. They wrap the sandwiches in aluminum foil and this keeps the onion rings and French fries crisp and warm. Definitely will make this a regular go to. Just wish delivery service other than DoorDash—this delivery service locks you in to $9.99 a month after one month of service.
