Review solely based on takeout via Uber Eats. My family went for a movie at the theater and we decided to schedule a takeout for lunch at home. We stopped by, pick up our bag and went out. When we arrived at our place we noticed that one of items wasn’t in the bag. Called the store and they acknowledged the error. When I went back to pick up the item store manager was super apologetic and refund it even with having a new one in hands. That was the only issue, other than that, everything was fine.

This location deserves ZERO stars. I am deeply disappointed at this Red Robin’s service at this location. The manager was not accommodating and did not even want to hear a loyal customers complaint at all. The floors have wet spots where potentially an elderly person can slip and fall. Glenn, the manager at this particular location did not even acknowledge the hazard and did not even bother to even hear a feedback. Who do you go to when you have a complaint like this? I hope corporate does something to acknowledge this problem. This is very disappointing for this establishment to have a location that would present this type of image to fellow loyal customers. I will not ever come back nor would I recommend any one that stays here for conferences or any sports team members to even come here. You will all be disappointed.

Love comming to Red Robbin late at night after dinner. The rush crowd is gone and the food is just as good during the busy times. The new promotion where you can get two bottomless sides with a finest burger or gourmet burger is amazing too. Had the Royal Red Robin with steak fries and a house salad for dinner and could not be happier. Make sure to join the Red Robin rewards program too. There is almost always a promotion running, plus you get a free burger and side during the month of your birthday.

Awesome food. I always get a lettuce wrapped chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries (unlimited fry refills!) with buzz sauce (free unique sauces). Unsweetened ice tea is great too. Ty is the best waitress, so sweet and uplifting. My family loves coming here as well.

Big sandwiches at correspondingly big prices, nice once in awhile but not a place I’d frequent. More fries in the takeout orders would be nice, but my only *real* complaint was the lack of BBQ sauce on my chicken sandwich… which is kind of a problem on the Whisky River BBQ. Gotta drench that patty.

Red Robin has really down graded their menu; they are changing into a pizza, burger and beer joint; it’s really not a family restaurant place any longer. We were at the Greensburg location last evening and it was really disappointing and we will not be back. When you receive your burger with a soggy bun; actually really wet bottom bun, it’s time to find another burger joint. Their service is gone to hell. Good bye Red Robin!!!

I can’t say this was my favorite red Robin to eat at. It was on the smaller side, a little dirty. Not alot of workers, working that day. We did get seated quickly and our waitress was very nice. Our food come out pretty quickly and was good.
