So I have never had such rude service before today! Price on the outside menu was not what I was charged. When I asked about it I got instant attitude. I said to him I’m not trying to argue just let you know to change your sign if I’m paying more than what’s posted. Then get home and the biscuits are hard as a rock, the corn looked like it’s been sitting out at room temperature for a few days. I didn’t even attempt to try it. Went straight to the trash can. When I tried calling them it rang busy for well over an hour. So I gave up. Don’t want anything from them anyways. Just won’t ever return!!

Chicken tenders were extremely dry and discolored, probably sat gor several hours or days. Mac n cheese was crusty. Was out of jelly completely and had part of the menu board missing. Went through drive thru so no idea about condition of lobby.

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Rude over the speaker from start of order. Didn’t ask me my sides so as he is handing me the bags of food I told him my sides. I tried to order Sierra Mist then a sweet tea with my meal, they were out. So settled with pepsi. Checking my bag of food noticed kids meal milk was missing, asked for it and they were also out. Asked for a lemonade instead, they handed me a raspberry tea and said also out of lemonade . “They were out” seemed to be the theme.They said they had Pepsi and raspberry tea only. I ordered two meals and an extra side of Mac n cheese, total was $10.80. Which doesn’t make much sense to me but didn’t get a receipt so wouldn’t know. Just all around bad experience from start to finish.

I was told there was no sauce for the nuggets. I said no sauce? I was told they didn’t have any because it wasn’t ordered. When I said I’d contact Cody, suddenly they found 5 packages of BBQ sauce. Then I was told there were no fries. ?? Seriously? I think someone didn’t want to actually work. Terrible experience. I won’t return.

2 man crew in there today. Not sure if that is normal. It was the middle of the afternoon. Service was efficient. Everything is already prepared and in warmers so that helps. Taste of food was good. Typical KFC. It had been a long time since I’d eaten at one.

Worst place to get food. Ordered mobile pickup, food was supposed to be ready at 5:21. Food wasn’t ready to till 5:50. Piss poor customer service. People working are rude. Owners should be ashamed of how this place is ran. Always out of chicken. Not sure if the Karbach’s still own this place but they need to check in on this dump.

Ordered 12 piece meal, manager said he had 2-3 12 piece meals ahead of me would I mind waiting 20 minutes, told him sure no problem, waited got my order, had 7 wings, 5 thighs, NO LEGS NO BREASTS. CHICKEN BURNT AND DRY, WHAT HAPPEN TO ME WAITING 20 MINUTES FOR FRESH CHICKEN. Management lied. Mashed potatoes containers had 2 scoops in them when I even heard manager say they get three scoops???? Cole slaw bitter and sour. So I guess I paid almost $30 and got 6 fresh biscuits the only thing edible to eat. You won’t be getting my business anymore!!!!! POPEYES JUST GOT THEM A NEW CUSTOMER!!!!!
