Amazing BBQ that reminds me of some elite BBQ joints in Texas. Gator & pork sausage is legit AF. Ribs are the best in BR. Sauce could be a little better. It has a generic taste like it’s a restaurant bulk sauce.

Some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had in my life and I spent 10 years in Kansas City. I moved back to Zachary found this place and I’ve been in heaven ever since. The owners mr. Miles and Mrs Gina treat you like family and make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anybody whether you like barbecue or not!

OMG ! The ribs were literally Falling Off the Bone! The sauce is good as well. The baked beans weren’t too sweet but they were still good. I loved every bite. This was my first visit. I just moved to Zachary and didn’t BBQ for the 4th. Rib Shack to the Rescue!! ♥

Great food. It can get quite smoky in the building because of them smoking the meat. But other than that the food is great, the people are so kind and sweet. And you can watch any sports game on the TV inside.

The free cole slaw tasted weird and wasn’t good. The brisket tasted good but was half meat half fat and lots of work, wrapped in huge butcher style paper with the bread smushed into all that meat and bbq sauce. The beans and potato salad were good and they did give us more meat for our trouble, but it was more fatty meat, more work so we called it a day. If I go back, it will not be for the cole slaw or brisket and I’ll ask for the bread on the side and bring it home to put on plates. It was a mess. They do give wipes, though. Maybe they just had a rough first week. If I try them again and it’s better, I’ll update my review. But it will probably be a while.
