I had a cashier who didn’t speak a lick of English, charged me $145 for 8 spicy chicken sandwich meals, only asked for one. Wouldn’t even let me finish my order. I’m allergic to pickles and was trying to say no pickles but he kept talking over me. Why even have a non English speaking worker take orders? I asked for a refund and looked in my bank account and the money hasn’t been refunded. So now I have to go back to the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, to probably speak to another non English speaking person. I tried calling 4 times they immediately hung up. This place should be shut down with their disregard to allergy safety

They might as well not have a drive thru. Up until a few months ago, they ALWAYS have me pull up and wait for them to bring my order out – which takes forever. This happened 99% of the time no matter what i ordered. i order straight off the menu with no changes, and they are usually just burgers or breakfast sandwiches. I complained to the owner who assured me things would be different…so i gave it another try. Today, i used the app to help speed things along. Didn’t matter. I ordered a quarter pounder and 2 double cheeseburgers. Thats was it, and i was still asked to pull up and wait for them to bring it out to me. The manager explained to me that because they cook quarter pounders to order, it always takes some time. I told her that seems unnecessary and if they are always going to do that when someone orders a quarter pounder via the drive thru – they should post a notice of this so we can change our order, if we are in a hurry, or order inside. Makes no sense. The manager also told me that this was the best franchise out of 20 that the owner owned. I said it may do well with sales, but terrible with service. Losing customers like me certainly can’t help their bottom line. This is the only McDonalds that this happens, but unfortunately, the one closest to my work.

Ordered 2 Hot fudge sundae… that at any other store today was unavailable.. it’s something I order very often and I very much know the taste of it. This store was the only one offering tonight and upon taken the first bite.. it was chocolate syrup and not hot fudge…. If you don’t have it do like other stores mark it as unavailable and don’t try to syrup instead. It went to trash and I lost my money.

Mcdonalds was a go to, when I was a kid, now it’s like what has happened you order fries with no salt, they just refry the old fries to take the salt off I mean you know when it’s fresh fries, the burgers and other meats they keep in a warmer for a very long time, so if you notice it doesn’t taste as good, seriously mcdonalds I’m fed up with it, money does not grow on trees , I pay for fresh food not old food !
