Amazing food beautifully made sushi an the takoyaki are mouthwatering. Though they’re not on the menu they can be made if requested. Staff are very nice but booths could be a little wider other then that no issues at all.

We were not impressed and very disappointed with the new food and menu. The miso soup was very salty as was the teriyaki chicken and beef, which wasn’t very flavorful. The california roll fell apart. The deep fried roll (#4) didn’t seem to be cooked long enough and didn’t have a lot of flavor. They brought two dishes out first which left one of us waiting for their food while the other two were almost done with theirs. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants and I’m not sure we will go back again. The prices have also increased a lot.

The sushi in this restaurant is beautiful and delicious! We felt very welcome and have a new favorite nigiri and roll spot! The black sesame mochi are so unique!

Everything comes very nicely presented. I tried the sushi sampler, soft shell crab, amaebi and vampire roll. It was all very tasty and the nigiri is largely portioned. The environment is quiet and cozy, will definitely be back to try some more rolls.

Some of the best sushi I have ever had, quaint and intimate little restaurant, with exceptional service. They have a special roll that is surrounding a stack of diced pineapple, with a strawberry garnish that might actually be the beat sushi I’ve ever had. Highly recommend stopping into this restaurant if the delicacy of Japanese food is something you like.

The sushi roll (Tiger eye) was delicious!!! The Bento box was filling. It was not too crowded and the service was great!

They have so many good things for all the family members. My family had different foods. They all looked very fancy and tasted delicious.

The food and service were ok, but the waitress/chef could not answer basic questions, such as the kind of spice used in their spiced squid. Even the chef did not know, so it did not give me much confidence about the source of their food and preparation.

Waiting for my wife to be delivered by Amtrak I stopped in to kill time. Sake, seaweed salad, and a few pieces of sashimi at Thurston County’s first Sushi Restaurant. No Char Sui pork or ramen on the menu though…
