Tried the garden box for lunch today and this vegetarian couldn’t be happier!! Tofu was firm and delicious and I just loved the yellow curry sauce. So many veggies and the perfect amount of crunch and tang with the peanut and lime wedge toppings. I’m going to get this for lunch all the time.

Critically, this is NOT a dedicated gluten free facility. Unfortunately for those of us who are Asian Box regulars due to them using dedicated gluten free kitchens, this is a shared ghost kitchen which also produces wheat-containing meals. This is not safe for those of us with Celiac, Hashimotos, or wheat allergies.
